Staff was friendly, the cleaners were good. I like the area and that it was in general quiet and private. The staff in reception spoke English to a good level and service was acceptable. The Hotel was serviced by Taxis and it was easy to travel to by meself in a rented car.

Breakfast was unhygienic, for instance, the scrambled eggs and sausages were less then lukewarm. The bread was not freshly baked in the morning but from another day. A lot of the breakfast food was neither Morroccan nor continental, but seemed to just be what could pass as ½ continental. I would prefer if they would stick to the food that's really good in Morrocco, like the msamen, the bread and the omellette. The maintenance of the rooms and common areas does not exist to a good level, my friends room had a broken door, in my room the shower details were loose. The bathroom area was cleaned but the long term cleaning is not done, as indicated by ingrown soil, grout and calcium.

The property was clean the pool was nice and the hotel was local to shops and the town centre.

The staff did not always give relevant information such as what times the shops opened and the & the spa was not in use.

There were cockroaches, no air conditioner in none of the rooms and we were 34 degrees Celsius. Horrible service from the staff, really passive aggressive. The say they are a 4 star hotel, but I most definitely don’t see that being true. Horrible experience, I would never go back.

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was handy being close to the airport for our arrival In Marrakech but it was quite a distance from the old central square, so we spent quite a bit on taxis. Food was okay but nothing great.

Excellent hotel based closed to a mall which has a Carrefour along with numerous food shops. Its also a short journey (10min) to the Medina and golf courses. Hotel is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely, unfortunately the spa wasn't open when I got there but I have no doubt that it would be good as well. The food was nice and surprised me as I had seen reviews saying it wasn't. I would definitely stay here again. The bar was nice and put the football on for me when requested.
