Not clear there is ever any wifi in the restaurant. None in rooms and no mobile signal at all in this resort. This is nothing new. No aircon or other amenities but you come here for the location by the rocky beach/garden environs, thats the main draw. They also do serve dinners, rabbit is avail bred by the owners, they can also arrange some dives. Staff has been cut back so service a bit lacking but maybe that will change as more guests return. Price is creeping up to the +4000 peso level which may be a bit of a stretch in terms of value.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Even the owner is so friendly he always asks how is our stay. ( The food in the restaurant is so good (a bit expensive though). They helped me in getting a motorcycle to tour the area.

No signal in the area. wifi is only available in the restaurant. there are dust or insects in the beds because of the type of the room (nipa hut)

Food and service poor. Expensive for what you got. Quality and preperation average. Payment by credit card attracted additional 6% cost.

When I booked a room for one night under booking.com, I filtered the specifications of a 1 night with 4 adults to look for a room in Camiguin. Luckily with all the specifications, 1 room fo Camiguin Volcan Beach appeared and by then all the given specifications (1 night, 4 adults) have passed for us to stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist told us that the room was only for 3 adults and can only be used not more than 3 and that we have to book another room for the extra person. If your room is only and strictly for 3 pax only, why would that room be available on the options for 4 pax on the website? Upon settlement, we asked the receptionist that we will pay for a extra bed for one and yet she did not allow us to have one because they do not allow extra beds per room upon checking on their “HOTEL POLICY” and yet we check the hotel policy online; it was never mentioned there that we cannot have an extra bed. We settled this with the receptionist for about an hour and told us that she couldn’t contact their manager because they don’t have a signal there, true enough the whole property have no phone signals (Globe and Smart). There was no sense of urgency with the receptionist on responding to our queries and we ended up leaving the place and since the payment is non refundable we were really disappointed and by this we do not want other clients to experience this. By the way, the photos online were not updated the place was not fully maintained and it looks like a jungle to be honest and we felt unsafe.

Friendly staff and proprietor, relaxed vibe, beautiful gardens, sunset viewing platform on the water, many activities on offer.

Property is beautiful. Lovely yoga deck at the back facing the sea. Nice restaurant, bar and spa

No amenities. Bathroom only has thin curtains, no door. They don’t lend utensils if you want to eat food in your room, not from their restaurant

The staff was very friendly and food was amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfy. The highlight is the amazing garden with a nice view of sea.
