Ambiance, the staff and the location is very relaxing. The room was good with very comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was also very good. The pool looked great however we didn't use it as we’re bit occupied all the time.

They packed breakfast for us as we had an early out of town trip. They also allowed us a late check out as we were not sure what time we could return to CDO.
Yogurt could be better. The brand they use now is not fresh.

Sheets and towels were reasonably clean. Good location. Hot water.
Aircon not cold and turns on and off by itself. Only 2 outlets in the small room, and they are so loose, my chargers slip and fall out. Mosquitos in the room. Wifi very very slow and almost impossible to get work done. I will NOT come back.

Breakfast spread was acceptable. There are egg options and some dishes are rotated everyday. Service, however, was rather slow and do not hope for a quick breakfast.
The rooms do not have sufficient lighting and can be rather dark. My room was missing a table lamp while my other room was missing a bedside lamp.
My other room was freezing cold despite turning up the temperature to max and the fan speed to lowest. In the end it was just better to turn off the air-conditioning. Thai was similar experience with my nephew who was staying on the 10th floor.
