The hosts are wonderful and warm people. They are very welcoming, making you feel at home in a beautiful location.

the walk is steep to get to it from Harbor, if you have a big bag you might want a taxi, but that still leaves some walking, leaving isn’t as bad as you are going down.

Breakfast was good, but not enough varieties, would be nice with some sausages, cheese or eggs.

Teresa and Graziano are the kindest hosts, very welcoming for their guests and really helpful. The garden is marvellous, a wonderful place to eat the delicious breakfast.

it’s really close to the Marina and bus stop so handy for going in and out of Capri town.

It was FANTASTIC! The owner, Theresa, was so warm, friendly and kind and was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. She gave us helpful information and great instructions on where to go. The stay was very homey, clean, cute and very warm- lovely fresh homemade breakfast!!!! Location is a little further from the center but worth it for the getaway feeling and warm hospitality. Would definitely go there again!!

We loved the way Graziano & Teresa was running their place, we did not expect such hospitality and friendly human touch from a location like Capri, being known about its posh places and overloaded tourism. God, we were wrong. :D Additionally, they obviously know the place very well, so they can give You valuable advice on how to spend your time the most efficient way, if You need that. The house is perfectly located, close to the port and two beaches, and also serves as a perfect base for your daily explorations to various places of Capri. You can even walk back from any areas of the island during a late evening without having to take the funicular (from Capri) or a cab (from Anacapri).

Breakfast is really good. The boss of the hotel are very nice and helpful. They help us booked dinner. Introduced us a lot of really good restaurants and location. The B&B is located at a really special point. left side is a quite and beautiful sunset beach, right side is the famous restaurant Da Paolino. Hotel is really clean and beautiful. There is lot of fruit tree in the garden. Every morning we will pick some fresh fruit from the tree as breakfast. Also there is a huge Africa torto living in the garden. It walks faster than I thought. it’s a fantastic place for us in Capri. Thanks for everything.

The B&B was extremely clean and in a great location surrounded by excellent restaurants. Teresa and Graziano were very friendly and welcoming and more than happy to answer any questions, or provide recommendations during our stay. The BEST homemade limoncello on the island!!

B&B Palazzo a Mare was a terrific B&B for a perfect island getaway. The location was not far from a bus stop to Capri, the Marina Grande or Anacapri. It was also only a 5 minute walk down to one of the best beaches on the island and an excellent restaurant overlooking the beach and the sea. The setting is also wonderful, set among lush gardens, lemon trees and fig trees. Theresa and Graziano were perfect hosts. Upon arrival, Graziano sat down with us to go over the map to orient ourselves and to point out a few of the hotspots to see. Some good suggestions for what to do, where to eat and where some of the best views are. He was also happy to call for a reservation for us at one of the best restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of dining at - overlooking the sea in Anacapri. Breakfast each morning was wonderful as well with fruit and homemade pastries there was always more than enough to eat. Cannot say enough positive things about this place and the hosts. Will definitely stay again if we have the good fortune of returning to Capri.

It felt like my own home, the owners were extremely nice and always helpful. They have a beautiful house/rooms and an amazing garden/patio area. I would recommend this spot to everyone!

Everything was perfect,Teresa could not have been more welcoming,we had trouble with ferry crossing and Teresa was so helpful in trying to assist with this Lovely host ,lovely accommodation and lovely apartment which had Everything we needed and so cosy and clean,would highly recommend.

A charming B&B at walking distance (1,1 km) from the Marina Grande - and yet in a beautiful, quiet, secluded location. The owners were very friendly and communicative and told us all we needed to know about Capri. Breakfast was good, and the apartment we had booked was a cosy and comfortbale garden cabin with a small kitchen and a comfy bathroom inside. The B&B also has a small and beautiful garden that breathes peace and quiet. Great value for money on Capri and clean and comfortable but not posh at all. We really enjoyed our short stay, if we go back to Capri, we will stay here again.

An outstanding experience.  Graziano and Teresa are exemplary hosts and soak up a real atmosphere of hospitality that is all heart and warmth.  Graciano, equips you with excellent instructions and tips to explore and discover this charming island and the restaurants that the locals dine at.  Teresa creates an atmosphere of home and family and honors you with limocello that she prepares according to an age-old family recipe.  And the beautiful and charming room equipped with everything needed.  The well-kept garden and garden soaks up good energy and relaxation.  Thank you for getting to know you.  Highly recommend to all travelers.

The hosts were fantastic and they definitely made the stay perfect. The homemade cakes were great, the cats in the garden super friendly and Teresa and Graziano helped us with everything we needed and more. :)

Nothing to complain about, we didn't stay long enough. Maybe in summer we could have enjoyed the beach a bit more, but I'm pretty sure we'd been unable to book this B&B.

Had the most amazing stay - our hosts were very welcoming and warm, recommended the top sights to see in what little time we had on Capri and were lovely to talk to. The room was very clean and comfortable, the garden of the house absolutely stunning. The whole place had character and made us feel as though we were in a little Italian paradise.

We got an amazing breakfast and they helped us map our itinerary around the island All possible facilities were available, even some cats to cuddle ☺️ Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Capri!

Teresa and Graziano are amazing hosts! I felt as if we were staying with our Italian family. Our breakfasts were amazing. Each morning we were served a different homemade cake. The plates and coffee cups were hand painted by one of their artist friends (wish his ceramics were for sale at their B&B!) Teresa and Graziano gave us such wonderful suggestions and recommendations for things to do on the island. We were able to purchase boat tour tickets at the B&B which saved us so much time at the Marina. It was a beautiful tour around the island and we even made it to the Blue Grotto. I cannot wait to come back to see you again!

There was nothing we didn't like... only that we didn't have more time to spend in Capri.
