The location of the hotel was perfect! So close to Konak pier, Kemeralti Carshi, Izmir Clock Tower, Izmir Kultur Park, Chankaya metro station, bus stations and parks and so many restaurants and shops! The breakfast that hotel offers was unbeliavable. Can't describe the supportive hotel staff!

I would like to have a toothbrush and toothpaste. In addition to that I killed 2 mosquitos in the bathroom but there were still some of them. But these were not big problems. I am sure that these problems will be solved soon.

Even the building need the renovation, and everything inside, the cleaning ladies r doing great job. Ebery day they r cleaning the room, change towels, fill water, coffee, tea.. The breakfast is standard. I liked the lady from kitchen cause she welcomed u with a big smile. Staff r very helpfull, they will help u with all of your questions. Next to the hotel is nice restaurant. Location is good for visiting sightseeing and bazar.

During the weekend it was so noisy outside. On working days its ok. I wouldn't recommend walking at night through the street in front of hotel, its a bit creepy. Maybe cause we were there before the season.. But besides the hotel, maybe 10-15min walk, u will find great street where locals r enjoying in different kind of cousine.

Mr Erol Kozan who is owner of hotel is very very jolly person and always ready to help. He helped me a lot in assisting everything. We visited Ephesus and Selcuk one day and other day went to drop Antalya via Pamukkale. He gave best of his service and assisted me everywhere and my kids also liked him very much. Hotel staff is also very good. Hotel very much recommended to everybody who want simple stay and hospitality in Izmir. Mr kozan best turkish person i have ever met. Will surely like to come back again to meet him.

one of my small parcel having three new perfumes i bought from MAD perfumes were missing from my room. I believe the cleaning staff did that. also my wife forget her new ear rings in the room when we checked out. we left our luggage at the counter and when we came back after three hours no one informed us that they found the ear rings in the room.

It was very nice, everything was fresh and renewed on time breakfast..Staff was caring and helpful. It was a good place for my family and me.

I think it's a good place for its price quality. We didn't feel too much for my family and me, It was very well goodservice.The hotel is right in the city and it is an advantage for us to be in the city.

Good location, nice and friendly staff. The valet parking makes it easy. Got a free room upgrade and it was nice and spacious.

The breakfast was really good in my honest opinion and I feel that is the only redeeming factor of the hotel. It really was a good spread not super huge spread but you could feel that the food had a homemade traditional feel to it so that was to me the best part of the stay.

Izmir as a whole compared to all the other cities we visited was abit of a let down and we only stayed 1 night in Kozan, and that 1 night was more than enough. I mean it's cheap and along the main street but apart from the breakfast everything was a let down and they have the weirdest pictures hung in the room. Mine was half-face eagle with a women and 1 of her breast showing (like what the hell is that?!). The noise from the street was really bad too and the room was just a no.

The staff especially Mr. Serdar. He was so nice and helpful. Breakfast also good with very tasty Turkish Tea. The room also good and clean.

The parking lot is very limited but the hotel staff is always available to assist us to park near the Hotel. Suggest for the Hotel to put a sign of "Qibla" inside the room (direction to Mecca).
