The hotel is an old hotel but very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The location is great. You can go everywhere on foot.
The stuff was very friendly and Nuri Bey did his best to meet all our needs.
The hotel needs renovation but then it will certainly be more expensive.

A rooms was awful. The light didn't work and the bathroom was horrible.
When I check in I pay for all night which I make the reservation (13 nights). Because of the problems which I saw în the first night I ask to make check out. The guy tell me that he could't give me back the money because I pay with credit card so I lost my.money. He told me that îs my problem. So I was a good person and I pay and guess what I lost.my money. I don't know how this hotel receive 3 stars.

We liked the location. We would also like to mention the lovely gentleman Mr Nuri who was so kind and helpful and always willing to Please us and looked after us very well. We give him full points for all his efforts , commitment and dedication to his work

For sure the hotel needs a restoration since all the building is looking quite old and most of the furniture/windows/bathroom is deteriorated. The cleaning was poor and you can notice that while entering in the reception. The breakfast is awful like the serving as well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to person who helped with lugguge and served breakfast. Very tasty breakfast (kahvaltı) including simit, egg, cheese, vegetables, honey etc.

Nothing was good in hotel. I think the owner is not interested to run his hotel anymore because everything was disaster building is good but nothing is in good position in this building poor staff what should do when owner is not in mood to invest a single penny in the hotel.
In this property there is one man Mr Norey he is there from last 39 years and very clever person not want to give proper breakfast to guests even he is refusing to provide the things which are already few in breakfast very bad . Lockers are in working positions remotes are without battery 🔋 even requested so many but not provided. Bathroom door locks broken and very bad position 😒

The room was quite spacious, and the lady at the reception was very polite.
You could have better breakfast at 2 star hotels. It is not an open buffet and options are extremely limited.

The staff are helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is very good. It needs to take care of the cleanliness more. The breakfast is good. Limited price is acceptable. They can offer the best.
