Зручне розташування біля парку, наявність парковки. Чистий номер, наявність холодильника в номері, є рушники і капці, косметичні засоби. Біля рецерції є мікрохвильовка, питна вода, чай, кава безкоштовно. Навіть додаткові косметичні засоби, якщо не вистачить тих, що в номері.

МІнус, що нема чайника в номері. Трохи не зручно з третього поверху ходити по чай/каву на перший.

the property is located at the territory of the University, Breakfast, as well as other meals could be taken in the next door facility, coffee shops with a very good coffee and sweets are also there.

The place is very modern, clean, new and in good condition. The staff is always helpful and kind. A good location near the university and the park, with a good restaurant nearby. I highly recommend it.

It is a cozy place with everything you need. Even during blackouts you can have access to electricity. Will stay there again.

The cleanliness was the best, the bathroom ventilation was really good and the price-quality ratio is great as well.

Place was very calm and nice , good enough,but only for 1-2 nights. almost clean.. Guys on the reception was very helpful. near there is restaurant / cafeteria very cheap price which is belong to the University as this guest room

We tried to pay by card but couldn’t . Unfortunately, they told us after 6pm the Card POS machine does not work. There was not tall mirror 🪞 in the room. it has only blinds not curtain to keep hot the room. hitting system was normal not hot much . we kept blind closed to keep room hot. The sheets of beds was not making us to think it is clean enough. I suggest to use white bed sheets and cover blanket for guest rooms to make on people mind good imaginations for cleanness
