The room was lovely-spacious, clean and very comfortable. Since we had an early flight the next morning, the continental breakfast was perfect. I might add that this was an amazing breakfast with many choices including fruit, bread, charcuterie board, juice, coffee.... to name a few.

Dan was fantastic in communicating and was very welcoming when I arrived. He gave me local recommendations and a brief tour of the room. There's private parking available (the cottage is at the end of a dead-end) and Swords is a lovely town! I only stayed the night so I could get to the airport the following day, but I wish I had stayed longer. That being said, it's about a 12 minute drive to the airport. So convenient, lovely facilities, decent continental breakfast & snacks available, and very cozy.

Very comfortable, nicely appointed, beautiful view of greenery and flowers, breakfast and refreshment items in the room cabinet & mini refrigerator. Dan was a wonderful host with helpful information and suggestions. And while it felt like a haven, it was 5 minutes from the Dublin airport!

Simply exceptional! Every single thing we could have asked for was already provided. Umbrellas, hair dryers and amenities galore. Don was considerate and quick to respond to our requests.

Everything was perfect! Pure class all the way. The best bed and breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Proprietor extremely friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The convenience of the in-room continental breakfast was delightful and adorable. Being able to snack while listening to the chorus of birds in the ravine next door was such a treat! The location was also right next to a lovely park, and the stroll to get dinner only took a couple minutes of perfect evening sunshine.

The room was extremely nice and well furnished, with a personal touch that shows Dominika's excellent taste. Dominika herself is so nice and welcoming. The breakfast in the wardrobe is AMAZING and very cunning.

Amazing breakfast. Dominika went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could possibly want. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and nicely decorated.

Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Dominika is a wonderful hostess! The location near the stream and woods is magical! Birdsong outside our window and the resident dogs, Dexter and Diego were wonderful. We don’t want to leave. ☺️

My host, Dominika, went out of her way to welcome me warmly, show me the facilities, let me know where I might eat dinner, and order me a taxi for the morning. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
I couldn’t get the water in the shower as hot as I wanted it, though the water in the sink got very hot.

This booking exceeded expectations in all areas. What an amazing place to enjoy for our final night in Dublin. Host was friendly and informative from day 1 of booking. All luxury touches throughout. Selection of food items unbelievable and sorry we couldn't stay longer. Washroom even included a scale! Lovely patio available but unfortunately left early morning. Definitely the BEST BNB we ever visited in years of travel.

Quiet spot, with places to go walking. The town of Swords is quaint. The room itself is warm and quiet. Breakfast served en suite from the cupboard is convenient. The shower is better than many in Europe. The back garden is nice, especially in the morning sun.
There really isn't anywhere to go for a meal (like a dinner on arrival) if one has no automobile, since Swords is 20 minutes' walk.

The Rose Cottage was wonderful & the room was perfect. Don't let the outside fool you, all very modern inside with all the new electronic gadgets.
Took us 10 minutes to the airport which was great.
A little difficult to find but we'll worth it.

Host was kind and welcoming. Room was comfortable, lovely view of the nearby park. Newly renovated bathroom. Fantastic spread of breakfast goodies, tea, coffee, juices, fruit, yogurt, etc. we walked to a fun pub for dinner, but most would need to drive to restaurants. Airport was just a 12 minute drive. So much cozier than soul-less airport hotel. Highly recommended.

An excellent and nicely decorated B & B. Wish we had an extra day. Short walk to groceries and pub. Owner made sure our taxi arrived on time for airport trip early next morning. Above and beyond!!
