Kaffeespezialitäten sollten beim Frühstück mit im Preis inbegriffen sein. Es wäre schön , wenn die Bar wieder aufgemacht würde.

Es war so mega zentral und es war für das was man bekommen hat, mega gut und günstig. Für den Preis inklusive Frühstück und 2 Stunden pro Tag umsonst Spar - besser geht es nicht! Zimmer war sehr groß, hat super geduftet und wir hatten ein super Ausblick. Essen und vor allem die Portionen im restaurant einfach nur eine 10/10!!

Mir hat es teilweise an Freundlichkeit des Personal gefehlt .. man wurde nicht gegrüßt (teilweise), manchmal auch wenn es nur für kurze Zeit war ignoriert (wenn man zum Beispiel eine Frage oder so hatte€ . Das Restaurant personal war echt schlecht, wir haben an einem Abend 10 min gewartet um überhaupt die Karte zu bekommen. Wurden manchmal auch wieder ignoriert und haben auch teilweise lange warten müssen, damit überhaupt der Tisch gedeckt wird und wir anfangen konnten zu essen (beim Frühstück muss man sich alles selber holen, ich weiß aber das gilt nicht für Abendessen und genau da gab es diese Probleme)

Reception and cleaning staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. And we loved the location, in a heart of action. I specifically said that I need good wifi and staff was kind to allocate me a room right next to wifi router.

Hoping that the 5 stars of the property would be somewhere near the standard 5 stars in Europe (or Turkey), this was no where near 5 starts. I am not trying to be mean, but just say how it was. 1. I needed good internet connection (and indicated that prior to arrival) for work meetings. First day of stay wifi was not available at all. Staff was helpful, trying to fix issues, service engineers came. Second day wifi was available but so unstable, that it was very difficult to have a Teams meeting so I ended up renting a co-working space for a week. 2. Breakfast... Selection very poor and repetative. What I lacked most - a proper coffee. You can get only that filtered coffee that tastes bad. Coffee from the proper coffeee machine was extra charge. It is allowed to smoke inside, so dear God, if you are not a smoker, be prepapered to be smoked out :) There is no outside terrace to escape smokers. You either eat in a room with smokers or you don't eat at all... The breafast area and especially bar area so messy and dirty. There were things everywhere where they were not supposed to be... I mean just a big mess... and quite dirty to be frank. That did raise me questions about hygiene, but to be fair and honest, neither me nor my husband had food poisining throughout the stay so that is a good sign. 3. Rooms... Room was spacious, but the rest of it was basically falling apart. Bathroom door lock broken, toilet paper holder broken, room worn down in general.

Poor breakfast and people smoking in the restaurant from early morning. Spa working only from 12:00, no chance to swim early in the morning.

Very small room, dirty and used bathroom, especially shower - hair in the shower. Breakfast only until 10am.
