The location is brilliant, very close to all the action in Manarola and on the water. it is also very close to the train station to get to the other villages of 5Terre. We loved the verandah that overlooks the main street. We relaxed there after our busy days and we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the activities below. It was also great to be able to hang out our washing in the sunshine on the verandah. The apartment is modern and clean.

As a group, the two bedrooms were great, but having to walk through one bedroom to access the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, especially when people were sleeping.

The apartment is in the heart of Manarola, very close to the beach, restaurants, town center. We really enjoyed the location, and cleanliness.

Great location. Very clean and well decorated. They accommodated our late arrival well.

We didn’t like it there were no outside windows to look out at a scene. It was like being in an interior cabin on a cruise boat.

Was beautiful and so close to the water and the strip. Had a nice porch to enjoy some views

Took time to find the property walking down a very steep hill with luggage. Pretty Hard to find the apartment but thankfully the host was so kind to walk us through it over text text. The next morning it was hard to carry our luggage up the extremely steep hill.

Great apartment with all the basics included! The mattress was super comfy and the shower was excellent!

Office was generally always open and staff were very responsive over whatsapp and always available to help/provide advice

The office was quite far from the actual property and it wasn't clear that the key pickup location was down the hill from the actual property. Just meant handing back the keys/picking up the keys was a bit more effort than anticipated

We arrived around 1:30 and found the door to where the keys were to be picked and registered closed. We tried the door and were soon confronted by a very rude lady who admonished us that it was lunch break and to come back in 15 minutes. There was no sign on the door indicating why it was closed nor were we made aware that the office was closed from 1 to 2. You may want to put a sign on your door and speak to the lady on the desk that if she is not having a good day to take it out on someone else. Very unsettling beginning to our stay at their facility. The person who took us to the apartment was very kind and helpful.

the room was perfect size and clean. The air condition was a super plus points especially during summer time.

It’s more of a warning than not liking the location has a nice view of the sea when you get out of the room which is great and fabulous as it is located on top of a hill. So more stairs and feels like hiking up going to your room but as well like the rest of the town in cinque terre.

The location was great, in heart of town with good access to the train. lots of restaurants near by. Loved our balcony over looking all the action.

Nothing much. We could not figure how to use the stove top. No directions we could find. A little thing since there were plenty of places to eat.

The flat was very spacious and nicely decorated, the aircon was a godsend and we loved having the balcony and terrace for the evenings. It was exactly what we needed for our friends holiday.

The beds were not particularly comfy (and quite creeky) and just a small detail, but we couldn't find an iron anywhere - that would have been useful.

This property is in a fantastic location with a large balcony in the heart of Manarola. The apartment was quite comfortable and had everything we needed (washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning, large screen smart TV).

Located in heart of action - not a lot of wasted energy going back to room

No view, no door on bedroom to separate bedroom from main area, bathroom, only accessible through bedroom, no coffee or espresso maker, mattress sucked

great location, had everything we needed on the apartment for a short stay. very clean.

we couldn’t get the air conditioners to work. I contacted them several time asking for help getting them working and didn’t get anything. we never got them working the entire time we were there. its disappointing because this is oem do the reasons we booked the apartment. we also asked for coffee pods and were told someone would bring them by, but no one did.

Apartment had all we needed-cosy beds, clean bathroom and a kitchen with balcony and the view to grab a bite.

The apartment was very clean and modern.

It was very expensive for off season.
