No breakfast was included. But the apartment and location were good.

When I couldn't get the WiFi to work I went to the Explora store where I met Hilaria. She was on the phone. When I told her my problem she said there was nothing she could do about it. I asker her to get someone who could. " What do you want me to do call the owner?" YES I did. She called an got an answer to replace our phone. She was angry that she had to help. At this point I let my husband deal with her. When the simple problem was fixed she told my husband " Tell your wife she doesn't need to scream at me." There was NO screaming at all. She is by far the rudest person we have met on our 24 day trip in Italy. Other than Hileria, the stay was good.

Was perfect

The apartment location was really great. The wifi was good and the apartment had all the necessary facilities. We were able to cook a meal and feel at home. The friendly host allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could begin the hike/walks.

The location was great in Manarola. Off the main road so it was quiet but close to everything. There were also 2 separate bathrooms and a washing machine

The job had to be lit with a lighter which meant I kept burning my finger tips. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work the first night and then worked fine the rest of the stay. The microwave worked intermittently. There was almost no work surface space to cook food

it was clean and spacious. we were met and accompanied to the apt. good location but a bit of an uphill walk - not bad except with luggage.

would be nice to have a coffeemaker in unit as nothing opened until 9-9:30am!

Good location. Convenient close to eateries and railway station. Close to the sea.

The bedroom in the attic has low headroom and difficult to more about. The kitchen is not neatly kept.

Everything else was perfect exceot for the smell (see below)

The room has a STRONG smell of moldiness. It is not aired at all and all the windows were always closed. The room was very stuffy and the smell was juat terrible and it didn't went away if you opened the windows. It's something I guess in the walls that needs to be fixed but when you sleep in a place with string smell of fungi it's also not healthy in addition to not pleasent

We thought the apartment had a balcony, but it didn't. Be careful about this when booking as it seemed to be a common concern. The two main lights did not work (or we couldn't find the switch)

the property is in an amazing location. the best place for the value you can get. a two minute walk to the water! the kitchen is very nice and a big kitchen table. we loved the balcony to the Main Street! the WiFi is AMAZING! My husband and I travel and work and we were both working with video calls and it worked perfectly!

we didn’t like that the stairs were so steep. the handrail on the stairs is a rope so if you have a hard time with stairs this is not the place for you.

Very nice and professional staff. We were lucky and the room had two bathrooms. Location was perfect and the room was really quiet at night.

The view from the window was beautiful and the location was great.

The kitchen and living areas could do with an update as they are very dark and furniture is cheap. For the price of the room, I would hope for more but I think unfortunately Cinque Terre is overpriced for accommodation in general.

Was unable to select a specific room, so based our decision off of "General Pictures." As a result, when we arrived our room looked nothing like the pictures, nor had A/C.

Location is very central. We arrived late, but communication in regards to find the parking and keys to the accomodation went well.

The cleaning in the house was not done very well. A lot of dust all over the place. We informed the host(I guess, the company, that the host has hired to manage bookings) about it two times. They promised to come by and clean it up, that never happened. Will not come back.

The balcony and how close is to everything

The only thing I would want to change is to put the aircon upstairs in the bedroom. The fan didn’t help much at night, so it was very hot inside.

We were so happy to stay here during our brief visit to Cinque Terre! The location is up the hill from the busy part of town - but it is worth the climb - both for the apartment and to be out of the bustling tourist section. The hillside setting is incredible - overlooking Manarola and the sea. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished/supplied. The small yard and outdoor seating area - and view - are incredible; happy memories of coffee, birds, flowers - and view! The nearby restaurant la Regina di Manarola - with its fun vibe - makes for a pleasant evening without needing to leave the neighborhood (nice after a tiring day of sightseeing)!

No complaints. Ask for a second key to allow you to keep the gate locked (and be able to exit/enter) when some of the group are in the apartment and some are out.
