Was a really nice setting. The place is really pretty. Room is comfortable as well. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and made the check in a breeze.

We phoned in advance to request if we could sit in their restaurant the following day and work remotely, as we were driving from Cape Town and stopping there for the night. They agreed telephonically and said it was no issue. Come 12 o'clock the next day, the manager basically kicks us out of the restaurant (we were checked out at 07:00 already), as no one arranged with her (even though we phoned ahead). Was really rude about it, and then shifted blame onto her own staff as to why she doesn't know. We specifically booked with them (even though they are way more expensive) so that we could work in their restaurant the following day. Really over priced for the rudeness of the manager.

Breakfast good. Location for a stop over to Cape Town very good.

Dinner was awful. We battled to get a glass of wine.

Our clients enjoyed the breakfast, it was awesome. The staff was really helpful Check-in was smooth

The rooms at the back- That house like set up - please work on those beds they are not competitive The single rooms the beds are way small like its single bed, its like for kids but we are paying a lot of money. That should be looked unto.

I thought it was really picturesque, staff were lovely and it was a great process to book food and check in was easy.

I thought the duvet was a bit thin, to be honest, and the bathroom needs some love. Slightly nicer towels may make a difference

The decor eg curtains and furniture are very outdated. They have double beds which are too small. 4star rated accommodation should at least have queen size beds. Very expensive and breakfast not even included. Don't find that it was value for money. Shower leaked and hot water tap was not fully operational.
