excellent location, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The host gave us access earlier than expected, great shower, comfy bed and great living area. Plenty of storage in bedroom, warm and welcoming, the lift was always available as the apartment was on the fourth floor. Quiet, did not hear any neighbours!

There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, also the plug would not hold water in the sink. We did report both of these to the host. Someone came to have look whilst we were out, that's all they did, but the smell remained and the sink still didn't hold water. The kitchen is lacking a sink drainer (there is nowhere to put washed crockery and pans so had to put them on the only tea towel, which then became another problem, no dry tea towel). There were no cereal bowls and no dishcloths, which meant that you had to wipe the worktops down with the scourer, not ideal! Spare pillows were available in the wardrobe, but no pillow cases and the pillows themselves were stained, so did not want to use them. It would be helpful to provide some tea, coffee and sugar. We bought a full bag of sugar and had to throw it away, as we were only there for six nights. I appreciate that this is an extra cost to the host, but an awful lot of tea, coffee and sugar is being thrown away as the host asked for nothing to be left behind. The host informed us that we were entitled to a free bed linen and towel change. We were told that they were coming on the Friday, but they didn't, so we informed the host. The host sent us a message and was quite rude, saying that towel and bed linen was not normally changed if you were there for less than 7 nights. We responded by saying that we didn't expect this, but that they had told us this would happen. The host relented and the towels and bed linen were changed on the Saturday. We left early Sunday morning, so a bit of a waste of time!

Had some trouble with key code initially but there was good telephone support and it was soon sorted out so we could access the flat

Goed bed, keuken oke, rustige locatie middenin de stad. Personeel behulpzaam.

In de wc vreselijke putlucht ( riool?) Appartement heeft onderhoud nodig.
