The location & the tiled rooms. The shower. The utilities, like the washing machine & dishwasher. The Wi-Fi was good. The balcony. The comfortable double bed.

It was rather hot downstairs in the 2 double bedrooms as the only A/C unit was upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. A couple of fans would be advantageous to the property. No wardrobes at all. Hooks & hangers though.

it was an incredible house, with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and lounge downstairs, and a single bedroom and kitchen, plus balcony terrace on the second floor. the third floor was an entire roof top terrace with lovely views. it was amazing being in a whole house, as initially we thought it was a smaller apartment. it really felt like we lived there/it was so homely. amazing location too, you're right on the seafront practically and great nightlife. there's nothing I could fault !!

Location was fab. House had all and more. A beautiful typical authentic Portuguese townhouse. Decor is so in keeping with the surrounding buildings. Outside and inside tiling just beautiful. The shower was amazing. Roof top terrace has views of the sea and islands. Second terrace an added bonus .Set a street away from the beautiful Marina and markets. Close to the town, shops and fabulous restaurants. Lucia was a fabulous host . She was so informative and gave many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend.

We love everything about Casa Marina. The house is in the perfect location close to many restaurants and the ferry to the islands and there’s a large supermarket close by where you can stock up on the essentials. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace where you can chill during the day and relax with a nice glass of wine in the evening. The owner, Lucia, is so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely book the accommodation again ❤️

very good location, pleasant host and good value for money. shower was also fantastic

beds were quite hard and the AC didn’t get down to the temperatures it said, we think the coolest it got was about 22 - 24 degrees

Absolutely amazing Portuguese house with wonderful and very helpful owner

The situation of the property was perfect for town, the the train and for the ferries. The accommodation was well equipped with everything you need and the owner was there to meet us and on hand on the internet or phone. The roof terrace was superb for sunbathing

The dogs next door were quite loud in their barking, but hey this is Portugal. The Wi-Fi does not reach the two downstairs bedrooms, but that could be a plus, depending on your point of view!
