A good location close to the beach road where much is happening and with convenience stores and restaurants close by. Lots of room in the apartment. All amenities as advertised/needed for a family. Very good TV programme selection with many kids channels.

A bit difficult to find parking, but with a bit of driving around and patience, it can be done every time. The owner allowed us to park in front of their garage when there was a spot open, which was nice.

We liked the location ,interior. Calm silent street, but close to the city center. The flat was prfectly clean.

Ruth was extremely helpful and felt like home.

The owners are really friendly, helpful and available (online). Beds are good and comfortable, well equiped, clean and good location of the apartment. Whitin a walking distance, there is a center with lots of restaurants and shops, also if you want to take a boot trip to the sister islands like Comino and Gozo.

Finding a parking around may be difficult it took me some time till I knew where I can often find a parking spot (in the street passing along the sea coast). You may hear some noise from neighbours (tourists) although there are silence hours rules in the apartment. All in all, there was not a serious dislike point and we enjoyed a lot.

The apartment was spacious and nice for family living and has a good view of the seaside. Very attractive location to travel to nearby places. The hosts were very good and informed all the necessary details before arrival.

Services and the accuracy is same as described in the ad. Ruth was literally available 24/7 for all queries from us and supported wherever possible. She booked taxi for us and the boat ride too. She was proactive in suggesting what to do in Malta for 7 days. Location is really nice and there are many restaurants down the road.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped. 2 Balconies and windows letting the sun shine through the apartment all time of the day. Calm but yet central neighbourhood 1 Minute away from the sea. Great hosts that run their "WhatsApp reception" 24/7 and are always there to help.

Parking nearby can be tricky Friday & Saturday (however, this is Malta :D)

The apartment is in a quiet dead end street. It has all the amenities that one may require from a washing machine, full kitchen, iron and ironing board, TV, Wifi etc.. The apartment is fully fitted with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. There are extra blankets pillows. The extra balconies also were handy for getting some fresh air or hanging out the washing. The apartment is fully airconditioned which in summer is a necessity. Notably the apartment is very clean which is the case as the owners have a cleaning crew come in and clean the whole place before a new occupants arrive. The owners were fantastic. They were very professional. They had all paperwork, receipts etc. ready to go. They even went out of their way to come early to let us in to the apartment due to unforseen circumstances on our behalf. The owners even answered problems at 9 at night regarding our TV when it stopped working. The apartment is located five minutes from the local beach, restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets (SPAR supermarket), hotel pools and transport. It was secure and clean. It was easy to maintain. We could easily clean dishes to sweeping the floor free of sand from the beach to mopping the floor and maintaining the house without a fuss. The owners pre-booked a fantastic sea cruise for us and were very helpful in making us familiar with the local area. The apartment is close to public transport (buses) which will take you to all the local beaches and close to the local sea tours available. There is even transport to take you to Valletta. This was one of the key advantages of this apartment.

To be fair everything that is negative about the apartment is really nothing the owners can change and/or are really from external influences. The owners have done everything in their power to make the place a good apartment to enjoy one's holiday. The apartment itself has thin walls which is nothing the owners can really do anything about. In the bathroom there is an air vent which is necessary but when used allows all noise from the other apartments to be heard. One night we could hear the party the floor above us through the ceiling all night and another night we had to move the kids to another room as the neighbours were having loud sex and as a result the kids couldn't sleep even with everything closed. The beds are all single which was great for the kids. However, we had to push two single beds together meaning we always had a wooden frame in the middle of the bed. The local council's garbage system requires people to sort and put out their garbage before seven every morning. It is a very environmentally friendly system.The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure those staying in the apartment know the process, however, one will find that the occupants of the building come down at 4 a.m. to put out the garbage every morning. You are woken by all the noise for about fiteen minutes, but you get used to it. The garbage bags, particularly for the 'biological' waste are so thin you need five to six of them to hold together without them breaking. Further, we did not really take to the 'rocky' local beach especially with kids. This meant that we had to travel by bus every day for half an hour to a 'sandy' beach. However, it is key to note that staying in another location would have required further travel to some beaches and bays as the transport connections were not as good as those in Buggiba.

Everything was fine at Seashells, the appartament is near the sea and we have a good time there being in a group.

Very good conditions, excelent comunication, discreet hosts, fantastic weather, perfect, uncrowded beaches. We definitely return next years!

It is nothing we didn't like

Everything was ok, Ruth and Neville were very helpfull, the apartment was very nice and clean, has good equipment, i recommend this place to everybody who want to see Malta, good lokalization, all the rules were clear, Thank you again, we will definitely come back here again !!! 😍

Nice place to stay with family, friedly staff and location.

Best place ever! It had everything we needed, like air condition, WiFi, kitchen equippments, etc. The apartment was clean, and they did a spraying for insects, so we didn't have any. The view was also amazing. The place is like five minutes away from the beach, stores and bus stops. Even if you don't rent a car, you can easily access anything by bus. The area is really alive, there are lot's of restaurants and bars. And as a huge plus, Neville and Ruth were the perfect hosts. Our plane arrived late at night, so we only met them the morning after. But they were really thoughtful, and left us some food in the fridge, and something to drink, it was so nice of them! And the next morning Neville came and explained us how some things work, and also recommended activities to do during the holiday, his advice was great! He also got us tickets for a boat trip with discount. And the last day our plane departed also really late, but we could stay in the apartment after the official checkout, because nobody reserved for that day. I recommend their place to everyone!

I guess it works the same way in other cities in Malta. There are no big rubbish bins on the street, you have to put your bag full of litter on the pavement. So it was a little bit smelly, and sometimes the trash came out from the bags, and was on the street. So this part we didn't like so much, but other than that we had no problems.

Great communication. Extremely clean and spacious appartment. Visited in the middle of winter and had plenty of covers on the bed and heating worked great. I would absolutely stay again. Hosts were really helpful and very kind and, although I didn't use the washing machine, I can imagine it would be really great for families with kids or people staying for longer periods, wanting to do laundry.

The only points for improvement are very minor. It would have been nice to have some softer lighting for the livingroom area and some cushions for the sofa. One thing that was actually a bit inconvenient is that I had to pay for the accommodation and the deposit in cash. I wasn't expecting this and had to go to a cash point and pay to with draw money. I can't use Euros back home, so it was a bit annoying to have the deposit given back on the last day in euros and have to take it home and pay again to have it exchanged into local currency

Calm area, safe and easy to find! It is in the heart of Bugibba. Restaurants, stores, spa etc are right around the corner. The beach is a few munites walk from the apartment. Take a walk around Bugibba and Enjoy a spectacular sunset by the sea! The apartment is big and clean! The beds are comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped. Great place! Ruth and her staff are very helpful and kind. We had to check in late due to a late flight. Ruth provided us with self-check in instructions. There were water and breakfast ready for us! We sppreciated a lot! Ruth was available by whatsapp and answered any enquries we had! All in all a great stay!

Having to pay a deposit in cash which we got last night was inconvinient as we had to travel home with 100 euros. Euro is not used in our country so we had to change that amount to our currency! Wish that they could charge my credit card with no extra charges.
