La calidad de los alimentos y bebidas muy mala para el precio pagado, llegué con unas expectativas súper altas y nada que ver, no recomendaría este hotel

Las habitaciones tenían mal olor a humedad. Tanto así que llegué a la casa desempaque y aún olía a humedad.

I liked the water park for my daughter.
Our room was dirty, there were 50+ mosquitos in our room when we arrived, dirty bathroom/shower and the food was almost inedible. Not to mention, my daughter caught hand, foot and mouth disease at this resort. Would not recommend.

Everything was clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing and very polite and willing to help. There were great restaurants.
Food for breakfast buffet was different. Not very many American options. Milk was warm

Loved the property food at the steak house was awesome the chicken soup was wonderful Felix Carmelo was awesome room service 24/7 drinks was awesome the certain staff made it welcoming and fun and familiar
You had to be preferred to get certain things done We upgraded to preferred and our room was not in the preferred section the hibachi was awful and extremely hot breakfast was a hit and miss each day the lazy river bar staff was not very friendly ignored you and would take others order even though you had been standing there before others often seemed racist was not cool hot water went out wasn't compensated And it was out over 24 hours outside of these issues everything else was great

I like the set up & scenery of dreams also the food was good

And my room was very spacious and comfortable
The food stations close early at 11pm
And if they had a snack one that was open late it was limited, could had more stuff like chips, pizza, tacos , other food options. I was also at breathless side for it to be adult only the entertainment was limited. More r n b music, pool party was not entertained , should be music playing all day & better fun options for adult only spot

The staff was amazing.
The food was not great. The rooms were not very clean upon arrival. Selection of drinks wasn't as great as expected.

the beach is lovely
staff are rude, I speak both English and Spanish and while I don’t look like I speak Spanish they would often make comments about us and others thinking people couldn’t understand. food is AWFUL

Though the food at the Mexican restaurant on site was disappointing; the Italian and French were average; the international buffet and Mediterranean restaurant were both excellent. The staff were attentive and fun throughout the whole stay.
We were initially given an old room, but after speaking to management, they upgraded us and our stay was fantastic.

Explorers club was amazing for my kids. Overall it was a great experience!
We traveled over with about 100 other business partners and some of them didn’t have great experiences.

warm welcome; the rooms are large and modern; the buffet is good while the food in the restaurants is also delicious!
I asked for a late check out but was told it was impossible even though the hotel was not full…so that was a bit disappointing.
some of the staff have a bit of attitude and could be friendlier.
this hotel property is massive so it’s always busy and filled with people. Not the best property if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.
