Solide Grundausstattung, alles da was man braucht zudem gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Umfeld und auch Gastronomie waren verfügbar.

Topflappen wären Klasse :-D Parkplatz war zwar immer einer in unmittelbarer Hausnähe verfügbar, ist aber auch zur Zeit keine Saison!

The apartament was big and well equipped, we had a lot of space. There was a convenient parking in front of the building. Great balcony.

A bit far away from the lake, no elevator which can be a bit of a problem with a small kid.

Really great facilities at the apartament, very responsive host, 1.5km from city center. Groceries store (Lidl) quite close, public transportation also (bus). Nice sunrise from balcony

Great place, nice appartement, perfectly organised, great communication with the owner. I really loved the location; it seems very safe area, supermarket opened till late in the evening. Wonderful. Would recommend it fully.

Good accomodation, comfortable, roomy.

Hosted promised to provide an invoice for the stay as I was working in Friedrichshafen. I needed the invoice to expense the cost with my employer. I booked the accommodation trusting I would be provided with an invoice. I asked 3-4 times after my stay but it was never provided.

Apartment was excellent, very spacious. Spotlessly clean and modern. All mod cons and WiFi present. Large balcony. Very quiet location. Parking right outside. Handy location in Friedrichsafen.

A very minor issue... had a little difficulty locating the actual building upon arrival. The address led us right to the door but a small sign of some sort would have been a great to confirm that we had the right building.

Alex, the host, was very nice. He showed us arround the appratments. They were recently renovated. Have everything you might need. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free!
