Everything! The room is very luxurious, clean, spacious. The swimming pool is awesome. Very big thanks to the staff, very professional and attentive. Breakfast was extremely delicious too.

The bed. It was too soft that my and my husband’s back hurt very much. And honestly, I believe I am that kind of person that can sleep anywhere. However this still didn’t ruin the impression from the hotel, aside from this everything was wonderful!

Everything's very nice except the bed - it's a bit softer than average.

The bathroom and hotel design

for king beds it's just two beds combined. I kept getting stuck in the middle of the two. The room temperature was hard to control it would get hot then cool regardless of settings. There were no fans available for guest. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. The food at property was extremely expensive and not close to down town. lastly the hotel has parties on the 8th floor and the loud music was blasting until midnight. the constant music thumbiny gave me a migraine sand the hotel just said sorry for the inconvenience.
