Location was perfect. The bar was quite good. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.

The reception area was too warm and the air conditioning was not good. There was no lotion provided for the entire duration of the stay. Hand soap was not replenished on the last night of my stay. The water heating for the tea was not working.

Location is excellent, with shopping, cinema, and plenty of dining options, Its only 10 minutes walk to 101 Tower. Room is sizable, with a large bathroom and well maintained despite aging, with a nice open view.

Getting more expensive than before while the hotel is no long a brand new facilitiy. May be due to short of staff, it took half an hour to deliver the luggage to the room which is way below the general standard. Also it took over a week after we checked out for the hotel to release the guarantee amount on my credit card, which is rather inconvenient.

Great location! Big and spacious bathroom. The bidet was awesome!

Very conveniently located right across from the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. the receptionist spoke perfect Japanese and English. Clean and spacious room and bathroom even with ToTo washlette!

There was a strange noise from the ceiling - but this was fixed as soon as I spoke to the staff and while I was out for a dinner.

The hotel's methods in terms of payment are questionable to say the least. They charge a $10,000 deposit on top of the room rate of 8,000. 1 month after my stay, the refund of the deposit is still not effective, and upon contacting them, the hotel refuses to cooperate and provided information that does not make any sense, saying that the deposit has been cancelled but that I will not see it on my statement. For anyone who has basic understanding of a bank statement, this is impossible, and as a matter of fact I am seeing the 2 debits on my statement but no refund whatsoever. I suggest you never let them anywhere near your credit card
