The most amazing location as well as being a comfortable family home. Pool or sea swimming with beach and bars at walking distance. Stipe the host went above and beyond to look after us.

Loved the home. pool was amazing. BBQ facilities and indoor-outdoor room right next to the pool was great. plenty of space for our group of 7, can accommodate 12 easily. Host was so helpful. Even bought us a stand up paddle board right away since the previous one was broken. The location was great between Split and Krka. Easy access to many small towns for an authentic local experience. Away from the crowds in Split.

Have to cross a busy traffic road to get to the ocean and a bit unnerving with kayaks and paddle boards, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Lovely place just a few meters from the sea. Diving terrain below the house is quite interesting and you can use kayaks and sups provided to explore nearby islands. My favorite part of the stay was having breakfast and coffee on a terrace with a stunning sea view. Finding the place was quite easy and the hosts Daria and Stipe recommended a great restaurant nearby. Thank you!

Place is perfect for team building as well as family retreat. If you like place that has everything then this villa is perfect place for you. Villa was clean, all was ready. Stipe and his father make sure we have all and ever rather flowers and fruits so they don't need to come and do it while we are there. Pool was clean, heather and water was chlorinated. Two of colleagues had their dogs with us so pets are very welcomed. Kitchen was equips with all possible what is needed and additional to that there is separated room connected to the house where you can do barbecue or to make "Sac" bake under coal. There is parking spot for 4-5 cars.

If you want to have coffee in bar then you need car or bike to go it is not so close (not sure if that is negative for house and its owners since they can not influence on that).

Our short stay at Villa Ivo was lovely. Villa is very well equipped and has a beautiful sea view. My personal favorite is how private it is and the big summer kitchen for BBQs. There are almost no neighbors nearby so we could relax completly.

Helpful hosts, great views, nice pool, great terraces, surrounded by nice mediterranean garden (including ripe figs), many bathrooms, kayaks/SUP free to use, swimming (although not really a beach) very close

Bathrooms flooded after each shower, kitchen generally well equipped, but a bit low on bowls/glasses etc. (3 wine glasses not sufficient for a property this size), some of the rooms very basic (no night stand), cushions for patio furniture rather worn, no decent walking paths

The views were my favorite thing about this property. Also the beds were very comfortable.

The showers were a bit of a issue, i know they are wet rooms but the water wouldn’t drain properly and also the hot water ran out fast which was annoying considering there were 11 girls staying in the villa. So we had plenty of cold showers. For the price though I would still recommend this property.
