Tina’s rental was the perfect spot for two and the location could not be better. The quaint town of Mill Valley with its shops and restaurants is an easy walk from the rental. Communication and access to the unit was a breeze. Also Tina is the nicest!

This is a wonderful place. Close to downtown and in my case close to my daughter’s house. Although no kitchen there was everything that I needed. Will plan future trips based on the availability of this spot!

The owner went over and beyond with helpfulness, she’s very easy to communicate with and has the most amazing spot right next to downtown, great walking spots and many stores to wander around.

Easy, good location, great host

The studio was exactly as described, and even more! Everything needed for a comfy stay was provided including all kitchen utensils and even interesting books. The bathroom was updated in all aspects. Tina checked in to greet me and was available during my stay. Just minutes from town and a real gem!

Quiet and peaceful, yet steps away from the center of town. The sunny studio somehow feels much larger than expected. Super bonus is a huge closet with shelves and large dresser to stash messy travel stuff behind closed doors. Thanks Tina!

My mom and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is only a block away from all of the fun shops/restaurants in Mill Valley. It is also a short drive to Muir Woods. The bed is SO comfortable, we slept really well every single night which can sometimes be a struggle on vacation, but definitely not when you stay here! Tina was really kind and communicative and a great host. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods, chips, drinks in the fridge - everything was great and I would recommend for sure! The only downside is that there isn't really a space to sit outdoors to enjoy the lovely weather.

This property is in a great location (walking distance to the best spots in Mill Valley), super clean and very comfortable. Tina was easily reachable and a great hostess.

It was a great place in an excellent location. You could walk to everything. If you have a car parking is always available right in front of the place. The host was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

I am relocating to the Bay Area for work and made Tina’s place my base for scouting neighborhoods. The space is exactly as described - clean, cozy, and plenty of space for one, two or a few people - and the location is unbeatable. I was able tour around the Bay Area easily and come home in the evening and enjoy Mill Valley’s beauty and walkability. What’s more is Tina is a wonderful host - offering recommendations, good conversation and plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is very well located, walking distance to the center of Mill Valley and close to trails. Loved our stay here and the fact that the owner left snacks, drinks, tea and coffee for us. We had all the space we needed for a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Mill Valley and the listing was exactly as advertised. Also very close to the hiking trails and the Dipsea trailhead. Great experience!

We loved our stay - the location was perfect! It's a sunny, pretty, spacious and comfortable charming spot... lovely owners and right in the heart of Mill Valley!

I loved staying here and would love to come back! The location is perfect - so easy to walk to trails and downtown. And it was super clean, which I love. I would only say that this is essentially the basement of a home so I was woken up two mornings to feet overhead which is a little disconcerting but not terrible. It was super clean and the owners are kind and professional and easy to coordinate with. It was interesting to be without a sink to wash dishes, etc but was easier than I thought it would be and overall I loved this place.

Great location! Just a couple houses away from downtown Mill Valley. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, retail, market, and the Dipsea Trail steps. Felt private with separate entrance and you'd hardly know the owners lived above. Very quiet. Comfy bed, nice hot shower with good pressure, earth friendly natural toiletries, lots of natural light. The snacks were appreciated, as well as the dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs. Thought it might be difficult without a kitchen sink but we had no problems. The room was stocked to accommodate. There's also a mini fridge, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, and a (single serve) coffee maker. Others suggestions to bring socks were helpful. The floor covering is more like an outdoor porch covering. Maybe bamboo? It gives the room a natural feel but we preferred socks over bare feet. Tina was quick to respond and provided a lot of helpful suggestions about nearby trails, places to eat, entertainment, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful area! LOTS of nearby hiking opportunities with stunning views!

My husband and I were looking for a short getaway and wanted to do some hiking. This was the perfect place! Tina was a great host and gave us lots of good recommendations. Very walkable to quite a few restaurants and also walkable to the start of the Dipsea Trail. The property is just as the pictures show. I would highly recommend for couples.

Location, location, location for this gorgeous BnB! Literally steps from downtown Mill Valley and a short 15 minute drive for anyone visiting Muir Woods. An hour away are Stinson Beach, Drakes Bay, and Point Reyes. Tina’s place was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Would stay again for sure.

Tina's guest unit is bright, comfortable, and spacious. Excellent location just a couple blocks from downtown, the Decor is very nice, and everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property. My husband rode his bike while I walked the few blocks into town and browsed the shops. Excellent coffee shops as well as restaurants all within walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
