Primero me dieron un cuarto con olor a marihuana me cambiaron a otro y el otro estaba muy sucio y les dije que si me cambiaban me dijeron no tenían otra me dejaron en la misma el baño con hongos real decepcionante anteriormente ya estuve ahí y estaban súper limpios hoy por hoy muy sucios y manager nunca hizo acto de presencia muy mal manejo por los encargados no tome fotos nunca pensé en eso pero no lo recomiendo

the front desk person was very unprofessional and tried to over charge me for 2 extra guests. the phone in our room didn’t work, there was no water or coffee for the in room coffee maker, the glass shower door is not setup properly and hits the stationary panel when closing the door.

I didn’t like the hotel.

The room that was given to me was extremely dirty. The light switch, bathroom, the sheets were dirty as well. There were also Cockroaches and flies. The lobby and the dinning tables don’t have air conditioning. The hotel is not being well kept. As well the breakfast has a lot of flies on the food as well. Don’t get enticed because of the way the picture look as well everything is falling apart or is lose like the railing in the restroom and much more.

The car park in the back. breakfast included with a small but basic selections of foods, as people that don't eat meat we could only eat the potatoes and they were very nice. And lady allowed us to carry take away with us despite a customer seemed to complain about it.

The seriousness of the staff and the small room was hot with a very small possibility to open the window. The orange juice at breakfast wasn't nice and everything served in plastic single use styrofoam...
