There was a pool - however the water temperature was just too warm The mattrasses were good

The facilities are not maintained well, they are in old condition, partly not functioning, walls &pillows with stains, hangers are totally twisted so i couldn't hang my blouses there, the two sliding front doors of the room had a 2 cm gap in the downpart, the electricity is shut off when they assume that guests are not present, but this also means that air condition isn't working and we came back to the room in the evening and it was way too warm. Every night you could hear the disco/party sounds from some establishment near the riverside. You can only pay in cash, no card accepted. The service is not very proactive, in the sense of explanations, recommendations, etc. So in our percpective this place was way overpriced (we had dreamy hotels during out trip with perfect conditions for half the price!) and there is quite some room to improvement!

Beautiful little resort with comfortable rooms set around a nice pool. The rooms are clean, the ac is silent, the bed comfortable. It’s a 15 to 20 min walk to the centre, 5 min by bike.

nice and laid back a short 20 to 30 minute walk to the business area or you can grab a reasonably priced tuk tuk

this isn’t about the property but kampot in general. kampot doesn’t have grab they only have pass tuk tuk which only works with a Cambodia number. so if your phone is locked and can’t get a Cambodia sim you are at a disadvantage

Great place managed by a lovely lady called Sila and her amazing team of Khmer ladies. Always happy and always helpful. Good food and a clean warm pool. Brand new road outside and quick access into Kampot. I recommend it

Nothing at all.

Pool was fed from a hose pipe, I suspected it hadn’t been chemically treated so didn’t swim at all. Room doors to outside when shut had a gap between both doors so we had to carry anything valuable with us when we went out. Staff unfriendly, unconcerned and unhelpful. The bar and restaurant onsite were shut and when asked where we could eat the receptionist waved vaguely in the direction of the other side of the river; the other side of the river was in fact the closest place to eat. Air con worked but was incredibly noisy and stuttered at regular intervals, although to be fair it didn’t pack up completely. No fridge which would have been useful given that the nearest restaurant / shop was a tuk- tuk ride away.

We liked the local Cambodians enjoying themselves at the property and it is about it really.

The room is very spartan. Photos is not what it is there. The owner is of no help whatsoever.

Really enjoyed the hospitality. Soung is a very friendly owner, helped me with getting a bus back to Phnom Penh and drove me to get a sim card in the town. The pool setup and the guesthouse is nice

Offer a breakfast menu :)

There was a disco nearby that plays techno during the whole night every day. The music was so loud that the glass in the bungalow windows vibrated with the bass.

Owner is very nice and helpful, they provide a laundry service and we enjoyed using the pool and sitting on patio at night. 15 mins walk to some nice restaurants and bars and 20-25 min walk to Durian roundabout/monument.

The pool could of been cleaner, mosquitos in our room and big cobweb on the ceiling of our bathroom.

Nice host's gave the kids a gift each and bought life jackets so they could swim , clean cool room's, good pool.

A little out of town but free bicycles was good. A fridge in room would have been nice.
