Location staff and breakfast

Bachelor room shower can be upgraded, it's too small and old school shower curtains, the laundromat is next to the bachelor room and was noisy until 11pm on the first night.

Breakfast was great and I received more than the value for money

Cell phone network reception was not good

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was comfortable, with all amenities.

On the second evening of our stay, we returned at ±23:20 and could not gain access to the premises despite having the gate remote. After trying all the buttons on the intercom system, we called the duty manager (number posted on gate access button), but the call went straight to voice mail. We then called the numbers listed on our booking reference and invoice, as well as the numbers on their website. Again, no calls were answered. To date (8 August 2022, 21:30 SAST), we have had no call back from any of the numbers, despite leaving voice messages requesting a call back. We were stranded in the street, feeling very unsafe, with no other option but to call the security company to ask if they had any other after hours number. They too, were unable to raise any contact person. They then offered to assist us by sending a response officer who was eventually able to open the gate for us at ±midnight.
