The fact that the unit is near the elevator is something that is convenient.

The ad stated "Centrio Tower Beside Ayala Studio Unit 1 - 9" but the unit is actually located on the 15th floor, something that is deceiving. Next time, kindly be truthful with the significant details of the units to be rented. Cleanliness? Poor, there were many small cockroaches anywhere. From a very strong rain, water passes through the closed window/ from the window jam. If we could only get our payment (it's a non-refundable booking), we would have not stayed. Don't get me wrong for sharing what is true with the things we experienced from this transaction, we would like the owner to look into these so no other renters would experience what we went through.

i’ve stayed here many times before. But unfortunately this stay was horrible. I tried numerous times to contact the owner through the message system on Booking.com. And they never responded to me or answered any of my concerns. there was not even any Wi-Fi in the room also. And they did nothing to even respond about the issue. I tried to message them about moving my reservation up one day. And they just ignored my inquiry that I sent. And never received any response until a day after I had checked out . I would not waste your money on this unit. Because there are plenty of other units available in the same complex. Which I’ve already found some on Airbnb

Location and security

Since it is an airbnb type, there is no 24/7 reception that made it difficult to communicate with the third party booking.com, the owner, and the client. You have to consider the time difference with the client and the response time.
