Located in a wonderful part of Nessebar old town, next to the seashore, the view is amazing. The studio is large enough for a family, has a fully equipped kitchenette: even a toaster, salt, sugar, coffee, dish washing liquid and sponge, tea towels etc. The host was really great, he arranged the car parking and was available all the time. The studio is very clean, too. The air conditioning is very useful during hot summer days. The balcony is great for having the morning coffee and it has stairs which take you straight to the beach. Thank you. I happily recommend everyone to choose Studios Sea View while in Nessebar.

Highly recommend it! Great location, very clean and well equipped. A very peaceful part of the old city but close enough to the restaurants and main attractions.
Parking was close by, in the city port, free of charge thanks to our host.

The panorama given the position on the sea proximity. Kind hosts giving the parking for free for the entire period.
The continuous struggle for the Internet connection. Every now and then we had to call the owner to restore the connection. The router was in another room and we stayed some 1/3 of the time without Internet. Altought we had data roaming connection on our mobile subscription, the connection is bad in that margin of the peninsula. Is the third time we are staying there (first in 2018) and we noticed a continuous increase of the price (with 20%) for identical conditions. The tv is very small, just good for a computer monitor. There is some distance from the parking area and there are stairs no well lit, no matter what route you are choosing.

The location is great, right next to a small beach and many restorants, that have a view of the sea! The host is really nice and responsive. I highly recommend.

The see view :) Direct access to the small beach and to town's animated streets but the places remains quiet.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to have a breakfast or a small meal on the terrace enjoying the scenery .

The sea view is breathtaking and on top of that, the room had everything you could need and even more, and it was extremely clean. The owner helped us bring the car near the entrance because it was raining when we arrived. He also offered parking in the North Parking. We wish we had a longer stay!

We arrived in a dream location, something like in stories, something that cannot be said about the new city. Old Nessebar is a jewel and the guest house is beautiful, clean, quiet, located at a reasonable distance from restaurants, equipped with everything you need. Everything is romantic and full of poetry. The hosts are very discreet and help you with everything you want. The basic rule is discretion and common sense and is addressed to those who have something like that.

The host is very nice and the property respected all the social distancing measures. We are happy we chose to return this year. The location is perfect and there is a small beach within one minute of walking.
