The apartment we rented was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Good beds and linens. The location was nicely located in the waterfront area of historic Bergen. We would rent it again.

No parking available on site, but that is common in this part of Bergen. Parking facility available a few blocks away. Unloading and loading our rental car in front of the apartment building was not a problem.

Amazing view! Our rooms faced the waterfront, harbour and fish market. Comfy and spacious designer rooms (although ours did not have any wardrobe). Heavenly good breakfast.

No cupboards in the room. Just a few hooks.

Központi elhelyezkedésű szálloda, közvetlenül a városközpontban és a tengerparton. A kilátás szenzációs a “felupgrédelt” szobából! A matrac és az ágynemű minősége fenséges! A reggeli kifogástalan, minden igényt kielégítő svédasztal, figyelve a különböző ételallergiára. A reggelinél a saját nyelvűnkön szóltak hozzánk! A szálloda mellett közvetlenül egy élelmiszerbolt (REMA 1000) található található. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A becsekkolás 15:00 előtt (12:00-kor) már lehetséges volt, kicsekkolás időpontja 12:00.

A papucsot, a kávét és a minibárt hiányoltuk valamint összesen 12 tévécsatorna volt elérhető, abból 8 norvég nyelven.

The property is an excellent location to the speed boats up the coast and to the downtown area!!! The receptionists (3 of them we met) were superb!!! Very helpful and outgoing!! A true asset to your hotel!!!

The bathroom lighting was too low!! The extra mirror helped some but the bathroom needs more overhead direct lighting!! The breakfast was ok!! Not up to Scandic hotels level …

I loved the view from our room and the breakfast was great. Also nice atmosphere in the lobby and bar, and of course a perfect location in the middle of the city centre and right by the harbour.

A bit noisy surroundings during the night, probably because of a nightclub nearby.

The location was excellent, close to the restaurants, the harbour, shops , fish market. the breakfast was nice. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent! it was noisy , people were making noise upstairs early hours of the morning and we couldn’t sleep, you can hear music from the town . the room was cold , we were given a little heater but it was really not good enough.

Staff are welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is in a great central location, close to shops, restaurants, cafes. Its an easy walk to the train station, and the light rail that takes you to and from the airport. Excellent breakfast. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will stay here again when in Bergen.

La habitación que nos dieron era muy amplia y con vistas. Baño moderno. Dan toalla grande, pequeña y útiles de aseo (gel, champú y crema hidratante). Hay secador.

La cama supletoria no es muy cómoda (era una habitación para 3). El café de máquina de la habitación no era muy bueno (pero es gratis).

We booked the Magic appartments at Kloverhuset. Excellent location. Unbelievable view from the appartment and the balcony overlooking the harbor of Bergen. Perfectly soundproof eventhough there is a very busy area outside. Very new, spacious and fresh appartment.

The first impression is disappointing and that is because of the main entrance. The property is situated very central in Bergen. The reception seen in the pictures belongs to the nearby hotel from the same brand and it is where you do the check in. The entrance to the actual appartment is through a side building. Very aged, very worn. You go up to your floor through an aged and very small elevator and have to walk at least 30 meters through an outside corridor through a dirty terrace. In that way you come in to the main building where the appartment is located. By then you expect the worse, But... as soon as you come to the appartment everything changes, it is like you have been transfered to another building... and you can not believe the views. The appartment itself is very fresh and new, obviously totaly renovated with a good taste concerning the materials used. So if one can survive the first experience (mainly because of the entrance) the appartment itself is excelent!

There was nothing!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for two nights. Unfortunately they gave our apartment to someone else. Instead they split my family into twin rooms where I had to sleep on a camp bed and made us move the next morning to a 2 bedroom apartment which was again not what we had booked. Location was great, just a very disapponting stay on a family stay my family had to be split up and wasted a lot of time queuing, being made to check in twice and speaking to staff.

Cleaning was sub par. They never cleaned the floors of our room. Very dirty and dusty and you had to wipe your feet before getting in bed because they’d get so dirty just walking around the room. Also you can’t change the thermostat.

Shower heads too big for shower drains, water goes all over. Side table to bed would be nice.
