Everything was good about the hotel. I like the staffs they are very good and friendly.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and nice. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the housing keeping staff were excellent Food and restaurant were rather good as well

I arrived at night and they wanted to relocate me to another hotel as they made overbooking it seems. The manager on the phone tried to tell me that they sent me a cancellation mail and that they do not deal with booking.com which turned not to be true. I had to wait/fight for almost one hour to get a room. I have in addition ordered airport pickup and no one showed up. I found their driver at the airport arrival who literally did not accept to take me because he did not have my name in his list.

The service was worse than anything I have seen.

There was a small in hotel and the hall ways. The service was completely unacceptable. The worse part, the hotel was over booked and I tried to extend my stay by one more night but they were not able to accommodate for no legitimate reason because this was during off peak season and there was no major conferences or events. I was traveling with my friend who was in a different room. I had no other option but to go to over hotel or sleep in my friends room the night.

Breakfast was good, large buffet with a lot of selections.

We stayed in the fifth floor. It has a really awful smell that drifts into the rooms. We booked the room for two people but always had one towel. We did not have a kettle as advertised when we booked. We did ask, however we never received one.

the employees are really nice and professional.

the ac was not working for my entire stay. they kept saying that the technician is coming to fix it but they never did. i sent my blanket to get cleaned and I couldn’t get it back. so for the last 2 days I was sleeping without a blanket but since my room was also without ac I was not cold.

The views and decors are exceptional, especially the Lounge. The food is great and the check-in staff are very helpful.

One of the staff who took our orders is less attentive and impatient.
