Location great, brekfast could be little better.... but overall everything very nice

This resort is amazing, it's huge, has beautiful garden, nice pool with view of the castle, romantic alley near the river with many tables and service, beautiful and stylish restaurant. Would visit again, but I'd ask for some other room as our room had windows only to the hotel hall, no view outside, so ask for the room with the view

Rooms: we had a baby kot in ours… Degraded curtains, no blinds. Payment: they try to male us pay cash in local currency before entering the room. Then wanted Euro cash. Finally accepted a Credit Card in local currency…

The location was very convenient. The facility was beautiful and the view from the swimming pools and balconies was amazing. The price was acceptable and very nice people at the reception.

The cleaning staff was very bad. This hotel is nice only to spend one or two nights, more is not advised. The cleaning of the rooms is done only once, at the very beginning. There is no sufficient toilet paper and there are no change of the towels (sometimes the receptionist tries to bring everyone towels, even though is not her job. On the second night at the hotel (I booked 4 nights), I got sick with food poisoning symptoms. I was awake all night and the sheets and toilette got dirty. I explained the situation in the next morning and asked for a cleaning lady to change the sheets and clean the bathroom, I asked 3 times for the cleaning service. No one came. I had to sleep on dirty sheets and with a bathroom smelling like sickness for 2 nights. My family had to have those conditions as well, because no one came to clean. On the last day, the owner heard of what happened and was sorry. He offered us to stay for one more night for free to make it up, which was really nice and made me rate higher than I initially thought to. However, until the cleaning staff is not improved I highly advise only short stays in this hotel.

Location is far from the city center Although it is 4 stars hotel but not meeting excepctations at all Breakfast is so poor and nothing really nice to eat, we were going only for coffee and when I asked for more coffee they aksed for money Rooms are not cleaning everyday and very standard nothing extra

Almost good . Car parking and the view .

Room size , there is no save box , the hotel on first floor there is no elevator not suitable for old people . Also checking out is sharp 11 Am there is no flexibility.

swimming pool and the family rooms. The lady manager was especially nice and gave us a room with a better view for the second night of our stay. We appreciated this as it is a lot of extra work from the staff.

bedtime reading lights were missing from the rooms but otherwise our stay was perfect.

The hotel is directly on the river The staff are friendly and especially the receptionist molly. Clean and great for kids.
