Beautiful location and well-curated interior. We felt relaxed and healthy from the minute we walked in and received our welcoming drink. The breakfast was spectacular especially after a run on the beach. Nakai Beach Homestay is a real vibe!

The hosts were so amazing and took care of our every need! They recommend great restaurants, malls and activities for us to do during our trip which was for my birthday. The pool was truly something special with the most spectacular view of the ocean 🌊 loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely come back :)

The breakfast was great, but it would be nice to have different meals not same breakfast everyday.

Nakai is a hidden gem. The decor is creative and unique. The view is breathtaking. Every effort was made to pay attention to detail and to ensure that we had the most wonderful stay. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Our hosts were superb.

Would’ve been lovely if they served a meal as the closest restaurants are a drive away. After having a relaxing day we didn’t feel like dressing up and going to look for food.

Where do I start? Breakfast; the breakfast is awesome. Eat what you'd like, you will enjoy it. The decor is exquisite, intricate carvings and wicker pieces with pictures of Southeast Asian origin. The area feels safe, the sea view is very good, access to the beach is easy and several swimming spots within walking distance. The marine ecosystem must be good shape judging from the shells on the beach

Always needed to call staff to be let out or back in. It was never a problem, but it often felt like we were inconveniencing someone

The place is amazing!!! Breakfast was out of this world. I felt like I was in another country, with such beautiful art, a wonderdous view, and the most beautiful beach I have been on. The rooms were well appointed, and we were really spoilt by the staff of Nakai Beach. They really looked after us, and made us feel welcome and at home. Was sad to leave, but will plan to go back!

Separate veranda would be great and not shared with other travellers.

you expect an African home stay and when the gate opens you are suddenly in Bali. The scenery is stunning and the home is full is Far East Asian artefacts- combined with a great feeling for details. The pool is a treat, the staff perfect and the breakfast… another great surprise each morning, out on the terrace after a swim

This homestay is absolutely amazing. The view is stunning, the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. And OMG, the interior, the friendliness of personell, simply stunning! This feels like staying in your own home away from home, absolutely great!

Nakai Beach Homestay: A taste of Bali on the KNZ south coast. A gem of a find from two discerning international travelers. Great location, wonderful views over the Indian Ocean, accomodation we couldn't fault ; wonderful hospitality from Grant and Paulo nothing to much trouble!! We will be returning for more R & R.

Dogs were behaving but can’t take away fear of dogs I’m scared of them so much…but they were b having..maybe if they could be locked away during visits🙏👏that’s my suggestion…coz our phobias are different

The home is very exquisite and the decor is amazing, I met the owners & the manager they made our holiday stay absolutely amazing & worthwhile I’m lost for words to describe the TLC we got upon arrival until we left they have excellent hospitality I’m definitely coming back 😀. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the breakfast which was carefully thought of and beautifully plated. Amazing views were a bonus

All our needs were well taken care of. Staff were always attentive to us and were friendly. The views from our balcony were great especially viewing the whale and the many dolphins that were in the water. Washing my SUV after a dusty trip to Oribi Gorge was unexpected but much appreciated.

Just a few activities like putt putt and a games room would add great value to the venue.

Breakfast was delicious. Space is calm and welcoming. Great food in the area. Grant and Pablo are wonderful hosts. Yoga was a treat! Being able to book a massage was a great bonus!

Had the impression that we would be able to order food (lunch and supper) from Nakai, but it was only breakfast (that was included in our stay) - wasn't an issue though meant getting out and about a bit which was actually lovely! A little cafe style lunch menu would have been extra great though.
