good size 3 rooms nice kitchen good bathroom with good shower good large garage and a near by parking if more than one car also very nice and helpful owner with great communication new air condition in the apartment and fans in all the rooms

the bed was very soft for me but this might be personal preference

Excellent place, immaculate clean. Best value for money. Even best part is the hosts Mr Aldo and his wife, very nice and wonderful people, they will ensure you have best time in La Spezia/Cinque terre 😀

Another Full/half bath would be an excellent addition

Host is fantastic and helpful! Lots of tips for travel and places to visit. House was large and comfortable for a family. Very economical and a great value. We tried to get to Cinque Terra from the nearest train station, but I highly recommend driving to the main La Spezia train station instead. The local station doesn't have much parking, and can't sell the Cinque Terra train pass, so we had to stop at the main station anyway.

Location would be hard to get to without a car, and I would recommend a car to get to public transportation such as the train. Breakfast was simple and consisted of pre-made food in packages bought from the store - could be better but it worked. The house was difficult to locate (although it is directly of the main road), but the host was standing outside and helped guide us in - that was critical to finding the parking and house.

The breakfast was very basic. Coffee and some sweets.

The street noise it was very , very bad.

It is far from the center of La Spezia so you need to go by car or by bus.

The host was amazing. He provides everything we needed for our stay.

The location is 12mins drive to the central station. It has free parking with lots of room. The owner is very attentive with all your needs. The apartment is clean and complete.
