Close to the boardwalk and the house was huge and very spacious

The property was spacious and well organized. Beautiful on the inside.

Not a very good area. Sirens all day and night. We did find a large roach in the 3rd floor bathroom on our 3rd day and we had to have the fire department come out due to a gas leak and they shut the stove off. We contacted the property management as well as sent several messages. To which we got no response to any of our questions. They sent us a hot plate to cook on but most of the food we bought we needed an oven for. So we had to spend extra money we didn’t have on extra food. They kept saying their worker was going to the property to address the situation and take out the trash and no one showed. Bit were there bright and early to make sure we were out so they could clean.

The location.

There was a water leak from the bathroom, roaches, bed bugs, gnats, ice maker on refrigerator didn’t work….overall disappointing and couldn’t get a hold of the owners.

My family and I loved this house. We enjoyed every minute of it. I also left my wedding rings there and they were send to me in the mail. This was one of the best houses to stay at

I liked the location. It was close to the boardwalk and casino.

I did not like the house itself. It had roaches and like bugs all over. Roaches crawled into our pizza while trying to make plates for dinner. There was NO HEAT in 45 degree weather near the beach. There were air conditioners in every window allowing freezing cold air in. We had to sleep in jackets under blankets. The lights upstairs did not work. The owner gave us space heaters to plug in each room to keep warm which blew the power/electricity out.

just one garage space, but lots parking was available on street. More info about where to park should be provided for out of state guests.

Contacting the host was sort of a hassle the house rules were not fully clear..I asked for a non smoking unit but the house smelled like cigarettes checking in.When needing to get in contact with host for unclear instructions they werent available. Also the garage is very small steps of the house was pretty steep and much more slippery.
