Location in a secure subdivision, easy to access if with car. Difficult to access if via public transport
The place needs proper cleaning and updating. Re-upholster the sofa, you can feel the wood already. Replace the aircon it can barely keep the room cold. Clean the furniture and repaint. I regret not cancelling when I first saw the place.

Air con in the bedroom, not that far from city centre , the host was very friendly and approachable
