Camera spaziosa e pulita. L'hotel è molto bello e raffinato e la colazione sia salata che dolce è molto buona e veramente abbondante.

Overall location, staff and quality were great
The AC was not functioning properly, it didn't cool down the room even though I had the setting on high fan and 19.5 C. So it was challenging to sleep.
Also, the sound of the doors being slammed from the neighboring rooms woke me up on several occasions

breakfast had dry bread, and average food, is ok, but not impressive. AC only heats, they said the window is open and it will cool down night. Which indeed happened but still after a shower too wet, window could not be closed and was noisy early in the morning. The shower drain did not look inviting.

Staff don't speak good to any English.
We asked for a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed and they gave us a one queen bed room. I had to convince them that there is no place for me and my son to sleep. They brought a bed after discussing it 2 times.
The room seemed to be a smokers room although we are a family.
The room floor had a whole in it under the carpet.
I asked to check out the night before so we can leave as early as possible. Couldn't do that till now not sure why I had to wait till 5 am to do it instead of paying the bill the night before.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The location was close to where we needed to be. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this stay.
The starbucks coffe at the hotel was not that great (I'm not sure if it was just the milk that was sour or what). Nothing else to complain about.

The experience in this hotel was wonderful! Staff was extremely helpful, kind and attentive. Ahmed was especially great! Across the street is a baklavalari with out of this world yummy baklava!

Hotel was clean. All issues were solved immediately. Breakfast was good. Turkish coffee should be available in breakfast buffet.
It was very cold. Especially bathroom and it’s floor. Doors to the halfway have no isolation, so you can hear everything.

Great location with various restaurants on walking distances!!! Very helpful staff!!! Starbucks on the lobby which is an excellent place to drink coffee. Small grocery shops and Turkish coffee shops on 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel!

Location is good if you are just looking for a pit stop
Bedrooms are big enough
Room smelt like cigarette when we came in
They have a no food/drink from the outside policy, which is slightly awkward when using this hotel as a pit stop and travelling with kids + food allergy people.
They had a wedding at night and 2 men (turns out they were security) approached my son (14 y.o) and questioned him about having food/drinks with him.
Also, the breakfast was one of the worst breakfast I ever had, staff actually serves it to you and gives you super small portion.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff!!! Great location for restaurants and very safe place to stay with walking distance parks are available and shopping malls.
