I booked two rooms, one of them had a fan and A/C, the other did not. The A/C worked well. One of the rooms came with coffee, tea and a kettle, the other did not. Free water was provided. The owner was a very pleasant man and helpful.

The rooms and venue looked a bit rundown. The room with the fan only was swelteringly hot. The owners dogs barked for half the night which disturbed sleep. It is also quite close to a major by-pass and traffic noise could be head all night. There was no sunbathing area. I don't know how it achieved a 9.7 Superb rating, maybe a long time ago.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

There was no ac in the room I stayed. Everything else is so good about this hotel.

The owner, Pak Wayan, was very helpful and friendly. I only reached the place close to midnight but Pak Wayan was very accommodating. He even cooked me a delicious breakfast set for the next morning. The room was very clean and spacious, it definitely exceeded my expectation. The room has no aircon but it didn't feel hot at all with the ceiling fan on.

The owner was caring. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view. Cozy clean room, very well prepared. Bed mattress was great!

Quiet, although close to a big road. Sumi our host was very friendly and helpfull. You can reach him via whatsapp, quick reply. 2 min walking to the united bali stadium. Upper level has a rice field and sunset view as well. Breakfast was very good and reasonable price for the amount of food you get.

Only thing that could be improved is to have an ac.
