We absolutely loved our experience in this home. Location, Location, Location! And we loved the pool too! Thanks for a great week!

From booking to check out this trip was so easy. Every time I asked a question I received a response within hours. The house was in a great location, oy 1 block from the Garden City pier, close to stores and roads to get you where you wanted to be. There was a LOT of noisy vehicles up and down the road, which this property owner wouldn't be able to control, but inside the house it was so quiet!!! The linens and bed were sandy but very comfortable and the house wasn't quite as clean as expected but we had someone in our group arrive earlier than expected and it may have been rushed. We were very pleased with this property and would stay here again.

This was a great spot, quick access to the beach, two refrigerators with lots of room.

Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Several bedrooms were on the small side but still comfortable. The common area was fantastic and the 2 refrigerators were a bonus. We had as many as 14 during the 2 weeks and were always comfortable. 20 may be a bit crowded.

We weren't able to check in on time due to the cleaners being late (due to short staffed so we couldn't be upset about something out of their control) but after a call to Dunes, they made it right. They were very accommodating. Actually, any time we called they answered and made sure we had what we needed as quickly as possible. There was plenty space for our 12 guests to hang out in the open concept living areas. The balcony views of the sunrise were amazing. We loved people watching and checking out all the bikes. Having 2 fridges was perfect for our large group! This house is about 6 houses down from the pier so it's definitely a lively area. The pool is quite small but we still enjoyed dipping our toes in to cool off after a day of riding motorcycles. We loved being close by to all the events for Bike Week. We hope to stay again next year!

Overall it was a great visit. We were very happy to have the opportunity to stay there! Very close to town, the beach and plenty of restaurants to visit visit

Good needs new cook ware

My son’s baseball team played in the week long Cal Ripken Experience. We wanted something close to the beach and close to the field. This property was perfect for what we needed. Check in was not very smooth. I had to contact the company as I never received direction as to how to check into the property. When I talked to them they told me they would call me when the property was ready and we never received a call. After that we waited in line for a long while to check in. (I got an email with check in procedures 2 days after check in) Once we finally got into the property it was pretty smooth sailing. The view was better than expected! The beach was clean and never TOO crowded (it was a holiday week so I’m sure it was a little busier than normal.) There was a short walk to the Pier where my son enjoyed fishing. There was some small mechanical issues that were taken care of quickly And efficiently. The pool was small but perfect for the kids! The main road at times could be busy but the house was pretty sound proof and the beds were very soft and comfortable! We would definitely choose to come back to this area/property.
