We didn't eat breakfast. Location is close to town

There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. Shower had no door so water was spilling onto the bathroom floor. The towels are old and were not changed. Internet in the room was very weak

They claim they take credit cards, but when you get there, they say the card machine is broken. The normal breakfast was fine, but if you need breakfast early, the options are bad. The rooms were horrible. Pieces from the thatched roof continuously fell onto the bed. The bathrooms were the worst. The shower was missing 1 of the glass panels, so the whole bathroom would flood every time I took a shower, and there wasn't even a drain in the middle of the floor. The toilet was shorter than normal and crooked. I had to step over the shower base to get to the sink to wash my hands.

The rooms are ok showers are good with good water supply good outside environment.The welcome was ok.Beds and sheets were ok.

No wifi at all .The blankets are of very poor quality.just buy buy better blankets for once.windows not closing.Tv is just a sign nothing and not connecting

Professional, helpful staff that help with anything relevant for your stay, good communication and managment in any situations and anyway. They may deal with anything during length of your stay that occurs in Victoria Falls, very friendly, helpful and respectful. Very well managed, organized, clean accomodation for a calm and relaxed stay in Victoria Falls. Nice pool outside, calm environement, Bistro and Seven Eleven near by in walking distance.

I loved the hospitality of the place, definitely would recommend for someone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in the falls

The breakfast was rather odd (chips for breakfast) but i will say that it was well made. I'd appreciate more towels if possible
