It was lovely apartment very clean and welcoming.Also the beach being so close .lovely location to areas near by.

Home from home little apartment had everything you need for your stay cooker fridge toaster kettle and basic utensils access to beach from were you stay so no need to walk far even please with having Netflix on the tv as had a few rainy days needed a car or catch a bus to go local shopping as we cooked to save money. over all would stay again

Only issue was the bed the Spring mattress was uncomfortable .

Only 1 thing. The access to the beach could be better. Thats it As for me his partner..I found it very unsafe..Not level or no railings at the side to keep wild weeds from scratching your legs..An unsavoury slop which leads you down to the sea not the one..

The location to the beach was good.

Shower was a bit small and hot water in the bathroom sink wasn't working

The bread, milk, butter and fruit that were left was a lovely gesture thank you

Excellent location right in the middle of things but peaceful at the same time ,added bonus was the owners left a welcome pack ( milk bread butter and juice aswell as fruit 😋) will 100% go there again

Very practical flat close to the beach and amusement parks. Great host! We were surprised about the welcome supplies such as bread and fruits etc.

Minor things like battery low on tv remote and one fork was missing for family dinner.

8 Hillview is right in the centre of Brean pubs , it is hidden just behind the fish and chip shop. Was in a great location and only minutes from Hotspot and the Ocean Bar. The property is a 2 bed flat, with double bed and 2 bunk beds. The property owner ensures that you have everything available (towels, toilet paper, WiFi!) so you can get on and enjoy your break. The property is ideal for a couple or small family. The property is on the first floor of the block so you do have to climb stairs but this ensured we also had peace and quiet. Loved the welcome package and the owner checking that everything was okay.

Nothing really bad to say about the property and I would stay there again. Possible Improvements - Just that could do with a extra grab rail to get in/out of shower (above radiator) and maybe a mirror in bunk bed room as other half had to climb on double bed to try and use mirror for makeup.

Hosts left bread, milk, juice, fruit etc -very thoughtful. Lovely comfy beds, nice shower, perfect location right on the beach with private access.

Lovely apartment, nice and clean with everything you need. Beds were comfy. Private access to the beach was great. It is a central location with lots of amenities to hand. Shower was nice and hot! Lovely welcome package of bread, milk, cheese and fruit left for us too. I spoke to Ian before arrival as we wanted to arrive early and he was great, tried his best for us and offered for us to put any food in the fridge/freezer if we did arrive early which was a lovely gesture.

Some noise from the caravan park next door quite late at night (only bothered me as I was trying to get to sleep) but this isn’t the owners fault. If you want somewhere quiet to stay, this probably isn’t the best place as it is in a busy area of Brean.

Liked everything about the apartment and location.welcome food package was a very thoughtful touch.
