Good location close to Skybus terminus and tram stops. Overlooking Docklands.
Lots of noise from trains. Two lifts weren’t working and we were on level 36, so long waits. A few items in the apartment need attention. Had to pay a damage bond which we haven’t been asked to do previously when using booking.com. However it was promptly refunded.

It was a nice apartment that was quiet and easy to sleep.
The internet is really really bad. Because the apartment is so high up, access to the cellular network is almost non existent and therefore the access to the internet is essential. It was super frustrating and as a work traveler I was unable to do work there.

Location & facilities were great. Apartment suited perfect for large group (2 families)
Check in & stay was well explained & instructions were easy to follow.
I feel the apartment could do with a good spring clean.

The apartment was bright, well appointed and had an amazing view of Victoria Harbour. Location was spot on for connectivity. Decor was pretty, warm & inviting. It had everything we needed for a week's stay including some niceties like basics for cooking and breakfast options. Nick ensured that we were settled in & responded quickly when I thought there was an issue. I wiuld highly reccommend The Escape.

Location was very convenient. Car park available.
should have been cleaner. There was black mould in the shower and the apartment was not clean at all. Pictures of the apartment are very misleading.

Nothing - the whole experience was bad and Booking.com did very little to support my concerns regarding
Dirty, Mattress on the ground, Mold , stained Couch property misrepresented photos did not match the property we were allocated or facilities available

Great location! Nice building. Beautiful view. Grocery store open until late is 5 minutes walk.
The host was very friendly and responsive to my needs. Apartment is cozy and clean! Enough supply of towels. Everything worked properly.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Grout full of mould and skirting board tiles in the bathroom were not clean

The check in process wasn’t seamless (waiting on the street for someone to come and meet us with a key) then the parking situation - underground car park accessed through an elevator - was confronting at first but turned out fine.

Close to Southern Cross station and the Sky bus, also convenient for tram travel around the city, the apartment has all the facilities needed for a long stay.
both beds in the apartment are either very old or very poor quality, Nick replaced the double bed mattress for us.

The host is very helpful.Although we arrived earlier than the check in time,the staff is so helpful to allow us to get the key.
There are some pubs nearby, the music is so loud and will not stop until 3 or 4 am. It is very annoying .It is hardly for us to have quiet environment on Friday and Saturday nights .

Nick was amazing! Very accommodating. The children were really looking forward to going for a swim in the pool, unfortunately it was under maintenance but Nick gave us access to a neighbouring apartment.
Location is less then a 5 minute walk to spencer street outlet, great for a day of shopping!
