I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unprofessional, indifferent, and showed no concern for guest well-being. After suffering food poisoning from their restaurant, I received no attention or compensation. Instead, the staff responded angrily, as if they were not responsible for anything. It’s baffling how this place claims to be a five-star resort when it doesn’t live up to basic standards. The facilities were also lacking—there’s no ATM on-site, the restaurant closes at 8 PM, and they don’t even offer coffee service around the clock. There’s no spa, and the food hygiene is questionable, as evidenced by my experience with food poisoning. I strongly urge Booking to review whether this hotel truly deserves a five-star rating, as it barely meets a two-star standard in my opinion

No me gustó el trato, la poca consideración de los clientes respecto a peticiones, el desayuno, la limpieza mal bastante sucias las habitaciones, no me gustó tampoco el engañar respecto a 5 estrellas que tiene el hotel ya que no es un 5 estrellas a partir de las 12 no hay recepción, había muchos desperfectos en las habitación, paredes de “cartón”, se escuchaba perfectamente al vecino y algún día alguna que otra fiesta , sugerimos al hotel de irnos y no lo aceptaron tampoco dieron ninguna solución, la ubicación es malísima los taxis te cobrarán como mínimo desde patong beach 200bat.

Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast, with good variety. Clean, warm, good size pool with nice view. Free transfer to Patong 3 times a day, always available. Thank you for a great holiday.

A bit difficult to walk around the area as there are no foot paths available outside the territory but it's not the hotel's problem.

Beautiful property situated on the hillside overlooking Patong. Facilities are really well maintained. Staff is friendly, professional and well trained. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Wrap around pool add to the splendour of the property.

No Entertainment and bar facilities at the pool area.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything. The whole night someone was snoring and we couldn’t sleep
