Friendly staff, clean and excellent location. Perfect for a short stay.

Rooms are small and the lighting is dim. The hotel smells a bit. Maybe it’s the cleaning supplies or old furniture but there is a distinct smell to the hotel which is not necessarily nice

Room was very clean and tidy with plenty of amenities i.e. coffee machine, safe, wardrobe and comfortable bed, also very good location and breakfast value for money. Staff were very helpful

Hotel was in a great location. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.

The automated customer services bot through WhatsApp, for request for services in the hotel was not responded to.

The location was super as it was so close to the main area of Amsterdam. The breakfast was just your basic breakfast but was enjoyable. The room was small but cosy and the bed was a bit hard.

The bed was hard and apart from that nothing else we can complain about.

Our room was very small. Just as well we are slim people otherwise we wouldn't have got into the shower!

Bei einem unserer Zimmer war der Schrank in einem Spitz so ungünstig aufgestellt (219), dass wir kaum den Kasten nutzten konnten. Die Aufstellung des Kastens in diesem Zimmer kann verbessert werden. An einem Tag war das Zimmer nicht gemacht.

Very clean, modern hotel. Centrally located in Amsterdam and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station (Amsterdam Centraal). Breakfast was delicious. They had fruit infused water and coffee available 24/7, which was a very nice perk. Great sitting area in the lobby. Very close to all that Amsterdam has to offer.

The lights/power weren't working in my bathroom half of the time. I stayed for 2 nights and it worked the first night after I checked in, but the bathroom lights/power didn't work the next morning when I woke up. I told someone at the front desk and they told me they would have someone check it out, but when I back to my room later that day, it didn't look like anyone had been in there and the light/power were still not working. That was disappointing for the price I paid for the room. The room is very small, but I understand that is pretty normal for Europe. I was traveling alone, so the room was fine with me and my 28" suitcase that I had with me, but it would have been very tight if another person were staying in the room.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, principalmente considerando que estamos em viagem e normalmente as malas são maiores que o habitual de quem vai a trabalho passar poucos dias. Estranho tb o banheiro, todo em vidro.

Savnet oppskåret frukt ved frokosten. Vi ba om to enkeltsenger, men fikk dobbelseng og dobbeldyne ..

Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst praktisch: zentral und mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Haustüre Das Dreibettzimmer war für uns drei Damen wunderbar! Lediglich die Armatur am Spülkasten war etwas defekt, aber trotzdem sehr gut zu handhaben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Zuvorkommenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter und die Toleranz gegenüber mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränken

mir fällt nichts ein... außer der Spülkastenarmatur. Und als kleiner Tipp für andere Reisenden; nach einer Spülbürste muss man einfach an der Rezeption fragen, dann erhält man sie.

Great location. Staff all very friendly. Nice breakfast options. Very clean and tidy. It was my wife’s birthday and when we got back from exploring there was a card and some balloons in our room from the hotel cleaner which was amazing.

Location - was accessible to most of the places we wanted to see. The central terminal was a short 8-min walk. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We requested early check-in and since the room was available, was not charged for it.

Our room size was described at c.19 square metres on Booking.com. The room was extremely small and so was that of another party of friends travelling with us. I don't go on city breaks to measure rooms but the saying "you couldn't swing a cat in it" fitted well. I finally measured the floor space and looked back on my booking, instead of 19 square metres our floor area (including bathroom and cupboard space) was less than 14 square metres, at least 26% less that what we had booked and paid for. On the floor plan there do appear to be larger rooms but not much larger so I would suspect they are about the size Booking.com advertise. European breakfast was just a prohibitive price at around €21, not for a family but more that suitable for the business traveller.

The hotel is close to the Mai station and walking distance from all attractions. Staff were helpful too. Due to some miscommunication my room was not cleaned on the first day. When I raised this the next day it was beautiful clean and the service manager followed up with me to see if I was happy with the service. This kind of follow up and customer care is excellent.

The airconditioning was a bit tricky which made the room a bit warm to sleep in. But the service desk sorted this out for me.

Close to everything including the station. Location is 10/10.

Bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side esp the toilet which is jammed between the sink and the shower. But it was fine for our stay! Room layout could be a lot better but again for what we need it was totally fine.

Very close to the central railway station and the city center with all famous places. Staff was very polite and friendly, would always help us if needed. Breakfasts were diverse and tasty. The rooms were clean, comfortable, cozy and warm with everyday cleaning service. We were staying here not for the first time, really recommend!

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to quite a bit of the city and it was right on the tram line.

The design of the room was very tight and ill-conceived. We had to overcome obstacles to maneuver through the room to do simple things.

Great location - 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and easy to get to and from Airport.

Staff could be more helpful. Room was not as shown in the pictures on Booking.com. The photos show window beside bed but it’s tuck around the corner so feel like your in a box. Do not stay in room 210. Even when the air con was off the room had air pumped in and it stunk of kitchen odours. Rooms not very soundproof so woken when neighbours came home in early hours.
