Incredible View! Great Location! Awesome High Rise Condo!
Ce condo rénové au 27e étage 1 BR offre une vue panoramique spectaculaire qui s'étend de Diamond Head à Waikiki Beach aux lumières de la ville d'Honolulu. Il est situé dans le Waikiki Sunset Resort, qui est à moins d'un pâté de maisons et demi de la plage, à 5 minutes à pied. La véranda et les fenêtres du salon et de la chambre du sol au plafond font face à l'océan, offrant une vue à couper le souffle. Les fenêtres latérales offrent une vue sur la ville particulièrement époustouflante la nuit. Le condo a une cuisine pleine grandeur avec des ustensiles de cuisine et une salle de bain pleine grandeur. Le Waikiki Sunset possède une piscine chauffée, des saunas, un espace barbecue, un court de tennis, une terrasse de loisirs, un bureau d'activités, un coin salon, une buanderie à chaque étage et une épicerie. We highly recommend this lovely, recently renovated condo, a few minutes from Waikiki beach and close to buses or trolleys for exploring. It is clean and the building is quiet. We planned our travel dates to ensure it was available. After flying a long way to get here we always know our stay will be something to look forward to. Thanks, Thomas!

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Everything was within walking distance. The view from the Lanai was the cherry on top. We watched so many beautiful sunsets. Tom was always communicative and always responsive. He even allowed us an early check in since it was available. Great service and will definitely come back again.

The property is well located with amazing views of sunrise and sunsets. Very close to Waikiki beach. We enjoyed to be in the balcony every day during our stay watching the surfers. Tom the owner was very kind and comunicative. We felt like we were at home, the condo is very comfortable, clean, and has the necessities for ojr stay, the kitchen is remodeled and clean. They provide detergent, a first aid kit, and even a scale if you are that brave to use it during your vacation 😉. We are very happy and thinking to come back soon.

We stayed here for a week and a half with our three kids, 10 and under. It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We had plenty of space for everyone. We love the location, near Leonard's Bakery and Ululani's Shave Ice (our favorites!). The onsite laundry and free parking was such a great bonus and easy to use. Watching the surfers every morning was a great way to wake up. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed for the third time in this clean and pleasant condo. the new kitchen is great with a lot of space, the wifi works perfectly, and it is a luxury to have the separate bedroom with a breathtaking view of the ocean every morning. Can only recommend it!

We loved the location and amenities! Ice packs in the freezer, float tubes, three types of chairs to take to the beach, adequate cleaning supplies, and many other small things. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and many other sites. We had a couple minor issues and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. We would stay there again!

The condo was a short walk to everything Waikiki has the offer. The view was beautiful and even woke up in the morning to a rainbow. Highly recommended.

Condo was very clean and had enough of the basics (TP, etc). to get us by until we could go to the store. The view from the lanai was nice and we watched the surfers while drinking our coffee. The walk to beach, zoo, shops, was very short. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home vibe in Honolulu.

February 2023 We (all seniors )stayed 1 month in this beautiful condo. The condo pictures are exactly what you get. We all were impressed by how accurate the pictures were. The walk to the beach is not too far about 2-1/2 blocks. I never felt fear walking to and from the beach by myself. The police station is not too far from the condo. We had a lot of rain and wind in our month there . Rain last only about 5 minutes and than you get a rainbow. We all miss looking at the ocean from our condo,
The bus system is the best system I have ever used. Bus people were so helpful when traveling around the island. We used the bus for sight seeing.
I will use Tom's condo again when I go back to Hawaii.

My mother and sister really enjoyed their stay at the Waikiki sunset. It's at a great location on the quieter side of Waikiki. Everything is in walking distance so they didn't need to rent a car, but I live here and it was great to have the option to use the parking facility for free. It's nice to have a full kitchen and a relaxing and clean atmosphere to hang out when you just want to chill watching the beautiful sunset and ocean from you're lanai. I highly recommend this place and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions that I may have had. Mahalo

We recently spent 12 nights in Honolulu. This condo is in a great location. It has everything you need from comfortable beds to beach chairs. There is a great view of the ocean. This property had recently been updated. All new kitchen and appliances. Great spot to stay.

Excellent location, beautiful view and well equipped apartment
I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was comfortable, we had everything we needed there, the location was so so convenient and the view was superb. Thomas was prompt in responding to any questions and the check in was seamless. I’ll be recommending this property to my friends.

Our family's first trip to Hawaii was a great success, starting with our stay in Waikiki. It is not a 4 star resort but then again your not paying that rate either.
We knew we were planning on being on the go in Oahu so we didn't care about amenities. It was a great home base and we fit 5 people. I would not suggest that unless they are little kids.
The condo was very clean and had everything you would need.
I had asked Tom if he thought we could fit 5 and he said it would be tight but it had been done before. He later sent me a message telling me if I wanted him to do it, he would have a futon brought over from one of his other properties. I told him that would be great but when we got there it wasn't there. I called and within 30 minutes it was delivered. And that was a Friday night at 9:00.
He messaged me the next day to apologize that it wasn't there when we arrived.
Great customer service along with a great place.

Nothing Else to say but Great.!
It was a pleasant stay for us. Very clean. What you see is what you get. Everything is almost well provided. It’s like staying in your own home. You don’t even have to contact the host as everything is within reach. The best part also is the free parking. Close to the beach. Air conditioner is so great that it will give you a nice feeling after strolling out in the heat. The only thing was we cant stay longer on our last day due to the upcoming check-in on the same day we’re leaving so we ended up renting a car for a half a day (but charged a full day rate) to keep our luggages. This one bedroom condo had everything our family of four needed to make our stay a confortable one and not to mention a great view. A short walk up the street to the beach and the chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided was an added bonus. Tom is a pleasure to deal with and would definantly be staying here again in the future.
