清掃が雑、バスタブの排水が遅すぎる、

ワイキキビーチが目の前にあり、ビーチへ水着で行ける(タオル貸出、入口に砂落とし用シャワー) マックとABCが近くて便利

プールが工事中で利用出来なかった 洗濯機、乾燥機がうるさかった Wi-Fi🛜が安定しなくて何度か電源の再起動が必要

チェックインから滞在中とチェックアウトまで細やかに対応や気づかいがとても良かった、ぜひ次回も宿泊したくなりました。それとバレーパーキングやベルスタッフの対応もフレンドリーで親切丁寧でした。

部屋の空調で温度調整が細かく設定できれば良かった、それと北側の窓に風が吹きつけるため音が気になりました。

ビーチからすぐの立地で、パーキングがフリーだったのが良かった。

위치가 와이키키 해변 바로 앞이라서 접근하기 최고였어요. 주변이 번화가라 식사할 수 있는 레스토랑도 많이 있었어요.

전반적으로 시설은 오래되어가고 있어요. 머무르는 동안에 실수로 fire alarm 이 울렸는데, 계속 방송으로 대피하라고 나와서 당황했고, 실제로 많은 투숙객이 로비로 나왔어요. 근데 실수로 울렸다는 방송을 해 주었으면 좋았는데 그런 별도의 방송이나 사과가 없었습니다.

Sofa bed was too soft.

Sofa bed looked unused for a long time and dirty. Couldn't use it and folded it back in the sofa. I put towels on the sofa and slept four nights on it. And there was an argument about reservation on arrival day. Situatuon was not explained sufficiently and I had to contact the OTT where I booked.

Excellent views full length of Waikiki beach. Family of 5 adults in 2bed oceanfront apartment. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds were good, even the sofa bed. Ensuite was huge with stand alone bath. Was great to have kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the pool and bbq area was under renovation.

Amazing location and panoramic view of Waikiki and Diamond Hear crater.

Arrival entry was a bit underwhelming for how expensive the rate was. The second bedroom was dark and overlooks the corridor. The shades had to be down as staff was walking past and can see in.

Everything we had a great time.

The pillows were very thin

Friendliness of staff and on site parking with valet. That was very quick and friendly as well. The views were awesome! 

No awesome atrium common area on entry, there might’ve been on the second floor where the pool was but we actually never made it to the pool because we were too busy doing other things.
