Overall I was very happy with our stay here. The location of the hotel is perfect as you are right beside the beach and the marina. The reception staff/general staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel in general is very clean and has a good atmosphere in it. The pool is excellent and there was never an issue getting a bed around the pool. The hotel room is cleaned daily and was spotless upon arrival. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was also good. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other people.

The only small downside is that the hotel room is slightly dated and our beds were a little bit uncomfortable but overall it is a very good hotel

Air con - very poor. Rooms need updating.

The private gardens were a real bonus.

The bar (drinks/snacks) added 5 % to the bill without asking and converted to GBP without asking using a very poor rate. Stayed in lots of 4* hotels in Europe and not met this before. Also the lawns had lots of sharp spikes (roots?) which the hotel neglected to mention.

Location is perfect as one is at walking distance from shops and restaurantes as well as from the beach and even Quarteira. The best thing at the breakfast was the fruit and the bread. The room was OK but in need for complete renovation. We did like the staff. we do not have one complaint about the staff. All very dedicated and paying attention to the customer. That was lovely. The SPA is a joke. the Gimnasium very small with one of the machines broken, the sauna very very old the same as the jacuzzi (which does not deserve to be named like that)...

Breakfast was unsatisfactory - there should be more locations for serving. The hot food except for the sausages was not good. Such an hotel should as well have someone doing eggs and scrambled eggs for example. The pork served was not of good quality and there was too much stress to serve coffee.

Nice hotel with attentive staff and close to everything Inc the beach and the marina. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby

No fault of the hotel but if you get a pool view room be prepared for noisy late nights as the outside bar and entertainment goes on til late and guests were often still sat around at 3am making plenty of noise while having fun. Just go for a city view if you want to sleep with quiet surroundings

Lovely breakfast each morning. Great selection of fruits, hot food and pasteries. Room cleaned daily and option for fresh towels. Fresh beach towels provided daily poolside. Located within a few minutes walk from the beach, marina and shops. Couldn't fault it
