Excellent location, very close to the port. Room was a really good size with very good aircon.

Some mornings the cleaners arrived at 9am, very early for holidays! The pool has no bar or food facilities.

Great location as near the marina and short walk to the beach. Spacious apartment. Great pool!

We have stayed in this hotel before and would highly rate this. The location is excellent right on top of the Marina and the room was very large and comfortable and the maid service was exceptional - lovely ladies - Thank You!

As I have a mobility/joint problem it would be an idea to put some grab rails in the bath/shower and also on the steps that lead into the pool.

Ongoing building work in the apartment next door. Some evenings work was ongoing until 19:00. We were offered to move to the level below, however, this would have made no difference. Due to the noise, we were not able to enjoy the balcony and view which was the purpose of our booking for this apartment (we paid extra for marina view). We were told by the manager they would ask them to stop (apparently a private owner) but the noise didn't stop. We were given a one night stay at a Luna hotel in the form of a voucher by way of apology. This just didn't satisfy considering the experience. This was a really shame because I would have rated it as an excellent place to stay.

I actually booked this for friends and they knew they wanted to stay there because they had been there before and obviously it must be good because they went back.

The hotel is in a great location, near the harbour and only a short, lovely walk to the beach. The hotel has a wonderful large pool, which is cleaned everyday and with lots of sun beds around it. We always had somewhere to sit. There was a second little pool around the corner too, which we didn't use, but would have been useful for someone with little children as it was shallower. The tennis court was a bonus and we hired the rackets and balls a couple of times during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed playing in such a lovely setting in the garden, near the pool. The suite we had was huge. It was basic but it had everything we needed. The balcony overlooked the garden and pool and was nice to chill out on. It also had a little hanging device to dry towels and clothes which was handy. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. For the cost we were really happy with the hotel as it was a great location and cheaper than others we looked at around there.

The decor is a bit dated, but that was a minor thing. The bed was two single beds pushed together but not attached, so we'd have fallen down the gap if we'd tried to lie across both! They also felt quite flimsy as when I sat on one side it felt like it might tip up!

Even though I wrote in 2months before to advise my husband was on an very early flight and could he check in early, the response was they would try their best to to get him checked in early. When he arrived he was turned away with no real indication of when he could check it...just a 'maybe' come back at 2 30.The receptionist was cold and not welcoming . I completely understand that there is a set check in time but feel when I asked 2 months ago the hotel should have been honest and said n early check in was not possible, instead of lulling us into a false sense of security. The apartment was not very clean either and the microwave was filthy. My husband had to ask e times for an extra chair on the balcony. My husband was checking this hotel out as he organises golf events for large groups but was not impressed with the welcome or the customer service and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Had a problem with booking .com due to confusion on their sites had to book another room which I didn’t need. I had booked a separate room for a friend and and it showed up that we were sharing Added a lot of confusion to the trip and extra cost ……Not happy

Location of hotel plus cost was very good and 2 bedroom apartment was excellent but the furniture was a little tired.

Reception area could be a little more welcoming but otherwise good.

Place could do with a refurbishment, gone a bit dated , if you had a child I wouldn't let them near the balcony as it has bars going side ways so they could climb it 🥲
