The Staff was amazing, especially the Lady in the Spa - lovely! Walking distance to the beach 5min, everything was perfect.

Location, breakfast, costumer service. All in all - the hotel is ok. Nothing more, nothing less

Mixed feelings is the best way to say it. During 6 days stay, for two days there was no electricity in a hotel. Gym is poor equipped and aditionally paid (being a hotel guest gets no profits for the price of the entrance)

I have stayed at the Riviera several times. Its got a fantastic presence as you approach with Atlantic behind you. From the front rooms you have an Ocean view. With Estoril and Cascais very nearby.

Excellent location, near the beach and the train station. You have a small shopping centre and supermarket on the ground floor, which is convenient. Our suite was very big. The staff was kind and efficient. The breakfast buffet was good and varied enough. The room-service dinning options were also good and the prices very reasonable. There are also many restaurants nearby. The parking lot is practical and spacious enough.

It starts to show its age a little bit: stained carpets, old furniture... But the prices are low, so you can't ask for everything... A shower would be nice (there's a bathtub and a ceiling shower, but no extended and flexible one). Oh, and the toilet paper is very bad, too thin and of bad quality.

The beds were awful. Really hard and uncomfortable pillows too really poor, lucky we were staying only 3 nights.

Very close to the beach and the hotel is next to the shopping area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and was daily cleaned.

I specifically asked for a quiet room and I was woke up by the next door whenever they were waking up. Really thin walls for a 4star hotel.Impossible to have a nap in the afternoon. The breakfast is average and sometimes you even really need to queue to get a table. The hotel doesn't have the pharmacy schedule updated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Excellent location near the beach, shopping centre, supermarket. Has a Beautiful pool. Rooms were excellent size and the family suite had everything we need to feel at home

WiFi was very poor and mattress in bed was very hard

Great value for money. Comfortable stay, great bar and bar food. Perfect location close to the beach and the train station where you can get a train to Lisbon or Cascais

There were some issues with being locked out of our room when our credit card failed. There were very few people staying at the time. We wish they'd just stopped us when we were walking back and forth through reception rather than repeatedly lock us out of our room to force us to come speak to them.
