The owner, Rosa, does everything to make you feel at home. The property is extremely clean and the location to restaurants and the beach are fantastic! It is located in a square of many different restaurants and a grocery store is located in the Riviera hotel just next door to the property. It is also close to the train station. For students like myself, It is an easy scenic 15-20 minute walk to NOVA University Business School, where you can enjoy beautiful views and waterfront bars and restaurants. Rosa is the chef of the delicious seafood restaurant located just below. She would leave fresh homemade snacks in the evenings. An Espresso machine with nice coffee, fresh fruits, little cakes and cookies are also provided. These little touches made my stay feel like I was visiting my family, feel safe and comfortable.

Locatios is good, the host is a very friendly person, there are many sweet snacks and cofee available for all visitors

Wi-fi in my room was only reacheable by the doors, the hot tub was not working and common kitchen is not in use

Rosa is amazing! She made me feel very welcome. She left some really tasty home baked treats out daily.

It was a last minute selection, but it was a good choice. The place was clean and the staff was amazing. In the common area the staff left some fruits, cakes and cookies for us to eat. There was also a coffee machine always available in this area. The place is close to the train station, just a few minutes walking.

I didn't have any problems during the 2 nights I stayed there.

The room has a nice balcony, a little silent fridge and a water cooker. I liked the very firm mattress. A lot of towels are available in the bathroom.

Super location right on the square with a good selection of restaurants and a lovely bakery for a morning coffee and Pastel de Nata. Just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and a great tennis club! Rosa the host is exceptionally friendly & very helpful.

Overall a great place to stay - the room did not have an ensuite and the bathroom was shared, however no reason at all for concern. The bathroom is very, very clean and maintained/checked throughout the day.

Lovely location, easy access to different types of restaurants and a small shopping centre just across the road. Super quick walk to the station too. Dona Rosa was sooo lovely, our flight was delayed and our check in was quite late but she welcomed us warmly. She also spoiled us with freshly made cakes, Portuguese pastries, fruits and snacks every day :) water and tea too. The room was exactly what we saw in the photos, there were enough wardrobes and drawers to keep our things, a hair dryer which I appreciated very much, and lots of towels. Beds were super comfy too, and there were plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room. We couldn't have asked for more. Truly an awesome place with an awesome host!

This is a delightful place for relaxation, woven with attention and love in the most unexpected details. Rosa, the owner of this hotel, is very attentive and kind. Restaurant has very tasty and fresh see food. Three minutes from the beach of Carcavelos. 7 minutes walk from the train station. The best that you can choose for a complete relaxation of the soul and body. Thank you 🤍

The place was nice, had everything we needed. The owner is very kind. Refreshments were a nice surprise. The nearest beach is on walking distance, very comfortable after a day of touring around Lisabon. There are several restaurants right on the square; especially the bakery Padaria Portuguesa is at hand when you don´t prepare your breakfast alone in the kitchenette. They even prepared a special gluten-free sandwich of their own gluten-free bread.

Everything just great. The room is clean, there is everything you need. There are always complimentary cookies, sweets, fruits and tea / coffee, water in the kitchen. The guesthouse is ideally located - 3 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, it is located on the square with restaurants for every taste. Rose - caring hostess of the apartments, is just the soul of the guesthouse, very helpful, one evening she treated me to freshly baked cookies and it was very tasty and cute, I felt at home. I also advise you to visit the Rose's restaurant, which is located here - the freshest seafood and fish are simply excellent!

We had a great stay. The accomodation is situated close to many good dining options and is on walking distance to the beach. The host took good care of us: she brought freshly baked cake and cookies to the coffee corner and when our flight was delayed she went out of her way to find as a place to sleep in her overbooked accomodation.

Location is perfect for Carcavelos, close to the beach, train station, supermarket and anything else you could want. Room is spacious, balcony is wonderful, and the air conditioning works a treat. Also nice touches such as fresh food left out for guests to enjoy and complimentary bottled water.

Not a big deal, but the TV in the room was probably older than me.
