Location was good and provide simple breakfast

Aircond is dripping and the floor vry wet due to the aircond issue….one of the top shower totally cant use tho….and the tissue box is empty….although ask tissue from reception but yet they give us toilet paper roll……..

Location is great with lots of nice food and karaoke nearby. Liked that my hotel room is tucked away in a corner away from lobby or corridors with high traffic.

I found that the toilet bowl was a little rusting and during a shower, the toilet doors did not prevent water from seeping outside. The common corridor speaker was also right outside my door and the music could be too loud at times. There was also a huge tv in front of the bed but no channels to watch.

The room was narrow, dim and WINDOWLESS. There was no mention of the windowless state when I booked; yet the receptionist said my booking.com reservation was for a windowless small room for the price of RM 240 ! The price of a slightly larger room with a window is less (if booked directly with hotel) than the windowless room I paid for booking.com ! I feel that I deserve a refund.

location is good. main mode of transport used was Grab - had little to no trouble getting drivers. Hotel is located over a Karaoke which was really convenient especially for gathering with friends. The hotel is surprisingly well insulated from the ruckus below.

Maintenance of the place could have been better. experienced water seeping through the floor for the first room that we were allocated. Staff was kind and responsive, allowed for a change of room. Second room allocated had issues with the window (one window was stuck and has lost the handle, the adjacent window had the handle intact but was not able to open to close the other window). It was lucky that the window was not stuck in a large open position which still allowed the room to be cooled sufficiently with the air conditioning. also, water pressure fluctuates quite drastically.

Convenient with plenty of amenities around the hotel area.

Poorly maintained. Rusty shower heads, used toothbrush kit wrapper left inside a room that was supposed cleaned, pillow cover with stains that couldn’t be changed unless it’s in the morning, and room that can’t be changed even though the air con is faulty.
