Room and facilities was perfect.

My king room on the top floor was with no view( Reserved It especially for sighting view but get building just in front of my windows. (Mentioned preferred park view in reservation)

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had an executive room, which was courtesy of the hotel as a free upgrade, we weren't expecting that. The room was excellent and very spacious, very clean and tidy. The Staff were very friendly, very professional, polite and very accommodating to any requests we had, nothing was too much trouble for them. We already had access to the club lounge on our original booking, again the staff there were all excellent. If you smoke there is a narrow balcony at the club lounge where you can smoke. The location is very central for so many shops and restaurants just seconds or minutes away, literally. A car is not needed to get to any of those. Small shops, big shops, brand name shops. I had a request for a birthday cake to be made and for a bouquet of roses for my wife as an early birthday present, to be given to her at the end of what was an excellent dinner, which the staff took care of perfectly for me and the cake was courtesy of the hotel, very impressed and kind of them. Great work!

On another note, a couple of small points, we asked for an omelet for breakfast which was too creasy. There should have been two pairs of slippers in our room but we had only one and we had to ask a couple of times to get a second pair and shower gel for the shower as there were two shampoos instead of one, mistaken I'm sure for the shower gel. Minor points and they did not affect our stay.

Bed was very comfy, rooms well presented.

Level 8 room had less space than level 6 room Showers were not hot enough. Felt worst on level 8. I didn't like the toilet paper. Cheap and nasty.

I liked everything

It's The Ritz so I knew it would be luxurious but the staff made the experience memorable. Hanadi, Adele, Veronika and Jimmy are not only consummate professionals but they truly take pride in providing exceptional service. Hanadi even went out of her way to get me a package of gum and bring it to my room! The night before, she set up movies for us with popcorn and snacks!

The mattress could have been much more supportive. For the price, you would expect more TV channels.

It’s in a good location.

We were shocked to see that after one day of Wi-Fi use the hotel started charging. Based on what the room rate was it seemed astonishing. We have stayed in better hotels and never incurred a charge. The room size was okay, could have been larger and the shower was small.

The room was beautifully dressed - the team did a great job. We had issues with knocking pipes / smells from sewage in the bathroom so we puts the plugs down. The gym and pool i would have thought would have been bigger / more extensive / choice for such an establishment. Breakfast was great. The bar - we went to after Nobu but it was dead so we left - we were just looking for somewhere with a nice vibe and lively ! Otherwise great location / clean and tidy and staff were very friendly

The tea could have been better- it was quite weak and not boiling hot We were a group of 8, so would have preferred a larger table to sit together
