Great views, big and green territory. The best breakfasts in the island!

Perfect ending of our Thailand vacation tour, we stayed 1 week and loved it from the beginning to the end. What a great quiet location, the rooms, pool, beach, food, bar and the fantastic staff ... all together a complete wonderful vacation experience!

Everything was amazing. They have many sport activities, the infinity pool is great, employees are very attentive.

Nothing. The beach is not the best but it’s private which is a plus.

The pool was magical. We spent most of our time here. The restaurants were delicious and breakfast was amazing. The gym was great. Just the right amount of activities and water equipment to keep busy, including free bicycles and water sports. Ping pong, pool/snooker table, darts. Tennis courts, yoga shala, Thai boxing area. The rooms were large and felt like a tropical oasis. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. The location was quiet and felt remote, but it's walking distance to the main road. Staff was helpful with suggestions for boat trips, restaurants, and other island amenities.

Our air conditioner kept resetting to 26c at night which was a little warm. The location during monsoon means the tide is out most of the day and sea swimming isn't ideal. Luckily there are beautiful beaches within a short bicycle or taxi ride. Rooms could use an update, especially the bath/shower.

Arguably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Service and rooms are incredible. Excellent views and great food. Will accommodate well for special occasions. Never have been treated better at a hotel

very quite and attentive staff

We went there with our 4 y.o. son. We really enjoyed the attention of the Personal. Our room was cleaned 2 / 3 times a day and was very clean. We loved the yoga and thai boxing activities. There is no kids club which is surprising for a 5 star hotels... but there are kids activities.

The food of the restaurant is good. Unfortunaly no fresh seafood. The hotel should have a kids club.

Breakfast, pool and beach front. Wonderful, friendly staff, and particularly the hospitality managers. Everything was done to make our stay as special as possible and to welcome us back as frequent Belmond guests.

Everything was excellent in the resort. Beyond our expectations, really. We stayed in the Beach Front Villa, which was spacious; the bed was very comfy, and the resort provided all you needed when travelling—even small things like toothpaste, shaving equipment, needles and threads. So we thought, as Thailand is much cheaper than Europe, next time, travel light, bring essentials, and buy clothes and all other necessities locally. I especially want to point out that the customer service in the resort is so thought-through and beyond excellent. We want to thank all staff who took care of us; special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Alla Elizarova!

For us, nothing disturbed our stay. However, maybe people who want to party more wouldn't like to stay in Napasai as it is calm, quiet and meditational. It suited us well, and we enjoyed every moment at this paradise resort.

Beautiful, green and quiet resort. Everyone was very friendly and we felt so comfortable. We made us a honey moon message when we arrived. it was so sweet. all was amazing.

The rooms are really really old and run down. Also there was no coconut available at any of the restaurants which is wierd as koh samui is the coconut island.

Everything! we have already planned to go back. Loved the “call for service” buttons by the pool and beach.

I think staff should tell kids to turn sound off on electronics. Trying to have a peaceful breakfasts with kiddy shows on full blast was a special kind of hell.
